Dr. Kathleen M. Catalano, DO

Dr. Catalano is an amazing human being and a wonderful doctor. You are not only a patient, but you are also a friend that she listens to and spends as much time with as you need. I drive for an hour and a half one way to see her, and I would drive for longer if I had to.

I think Dr. Catalano is one of the best! She takes the extra time with me to be sure that all my questions are answered and to be sure that I am getting the best care that I can get.

I've heard people mention the amount of time you have to wait to see her, and the reason is because she IS give all her patients the individual care that they seek. I don't mind the wait because I know she is caring for others, like she will be caring for me when it is my turn!

She is an EXCELLENT PHYSICIAN!!!

Stay away!!! She really is the worst doctor ever. Our daughter saw her for many years. She was chronically ill. Dr Catalano didn’t understand why we were bringing her to so many specialists for treatment and she would continually tell us to just bring her home and make her comfortable. Our daughter was only in her late twenties at the time. The sad part is after a hospitalization at a major hospital in Massachusetts they found she had scurvy. Neither the hospital or Dr Catalano (who also had the hospital records) made us aware that she was vitamin c deficient. When her teeth began decaying Dr Catalano recommended she get all of her teeth extracted. Not that she take a vitamins c supplement. Years later because she still wasn’t on a vitamin c supplement she did have all of her teeth extracted and now because of the bone loss she doesn’t tolerate dentures so she needs implants, s bone grafts and sinus lift surgery. All of this could have been avoided with a simple daily vitamin c supplement. On top of the suffering of joint pain and weakness that was caused by vitamin c deficiency. This third world country medicine and if value your or your family’s health care go anywhere else.

NEGATIVE STARS - could have ended our family’s misery and struggle 3 yrs after it began instead of just starting to heal 12 yrs later. It’s a miracle I’m still alive after she failed to diagnose scurvy after receiving all the results from a hospitalization where this was found. This spring after my new doctor tested vit c, still being deficient I begin high vit c supplementation and I finally am starting to heal. Now I have to go through sinus lifts bone grafting and dental implants because under Dr. Catalano’s care I had to have all my teeth extracted and have been wheelchair bound for years.
