The Tepee

This stop is an absolute must if you are traveling down route 20! It’s a super interesting gift shop full of an eclectic assortment of Native American inspired items (including an impressive collection of moccasins, jewelry, and nature themed goods), locally made artisan offerings (soaps, clothing, and home decor), and a delicious collection of their own salsas, sauces, and jams! We make it a point to stop here any time we are passing through. The owners are an absolute delight to chat with and are always available to answer any questions you may have about the store or the surrounding area. There’s a little bit of everything for everyone and I always find fun, unique gifts for people and plenty to pick up for myself as well, all within the walls of a giant Teepee! Don’t forget to gaze out from the parking area at the most beautiful view, spanning for miles over hills, fields, and mountains. You don’t want to miss this amazing experience!

This place was the gaudiest yet most awesomest place you could stop at. Can't wait to try out the homemade jams and salsa we bought from there.

Update: The fig preserves were awesome and the ghost pepper salsa was excellent.

I highly recommend stopping and shopping at the TePee! This little gem of a gift shop offers so much for everyone! From Knick-knacks and chachkies, stones, pendents, stautues, games, to some of the cutest one of a kind clothing, quality handmade moccasin, soaps, candles and all your mystical essentials.
The owners Dale and Donna are the Best!! They were very helpful and knowledgeable of their inventory, taking the time to explain and help us.

Love the Tepee. I have been going there w my family for years. It's a must stop when u are riding down rt 20 and located at an absolutely beautiful view. The ladies that work there are lovely and the store has such a variety of things from gifts to shoes. Stop by when traveling out that way. ☮

Amazing location to shop for local, handcrafted and artisan gifts!! The staff is always so cordial and helpful; Dale and family have owned the business for forever so you know you're money is staying in the community. Really can't reccomend this place enough for local shopping!!

Hands down the best place to find locally crafted and native goods - always staffed by friendly employees, also!! My wife and I try to come here every Christmas season and are never disappointed!!

This is truly a hidden gem! Has a very Route 66 vibe and the woman who runs it with her sister is really nice and helpful (and not at all pushy or on top of you while you browse). I can't believe the volume of items in this shop! So many cool knickknacks and fun souvenirs. Highly recommend!

What a cute stopover! You have to try the "almost" famous chili sauce and Tepee Petes Cinn/sugar pitas. The sisters that own it are sweet!!
