I have a new kitchen floor in my mobile home. I couldn’t be more pleased. They were very patient when I was picking samples and Paul actually picked out a sample he thought I would like and I love it. The installer did an outstanding job. I knew this was the place to go as my carpet purchased here many years ago has been great as well.

We had both carpet and luxury laminate placed in our house by this business. Everyone was very knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the entire process from ordering the floors to the staff that installs the floors. They were able to install them in just two weeks. Our floors all turned out beautiful we are so happy with our final result. Paul is extremely knowledgeable about all of the flooring and can point you in the right direction if you’re unsure about what type of floor you’re interested in. The staff that installed our floors did an amazing job as well. We would highly recommend Carpets Plus for any flooring needs.

Fantastic experience with this retailer. Paul Case was incredibly helpfull in assisting us with our flooring choice. We were concerned obout meeting our contractors deadlines but Paul assured us he could meet our expectations and he did expertly. He measued our project and provided all material and accessories on time. He sent his installer, Tom Stacey, who was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. A very nice man and did his work with professionalism and the highest level of accuracy. We could not be happier with our floor or the service from CarpetsPlus.

We could not be happier with the beautiful carpet we had installed. We were able to schedule it very quickly because they have carpet in stock. The entire process was easy and reasonable. Scott and Steven did excellent, meticulous work. They were clean, respectful, and thorough. We recommend them highly and will definitely use them again!

Once again I am totally happy with my purchase from Carpets Plus. Two years ago I had wall to wall carpeting installed in my basement family room, which looks great, and today I had a new tile floor installed in my master bathroom. The tile Paul Case helped me pick out matches my vanity beautifully and Tom Stacey who installed it did a fantastic job. I will be ordering new carpeting for my living room and stairs next. This five star review goes out to Donna. I went in there with my mind set on what I wanted. WHITE carpets. No hints of yellow. No taupe. Not many people want a white carpet. Donna went through that entire inventory. She was bending up and down digging through every sample they had until she found me the perfect white carpet for me. She took her time helping me and had a great sense of humor. I purchased carpeting for three rooms and a staircase from here. Was very pleased with the installation. But really I am so thankful for Donna being there.

I am very happy with my purchase form Carpet Plus. Sue in sales was very help and patient while I picked out carpet. She let me take the samples home so I could figure out what would look best. They were able to instal the carpets about a week later.

The day before my installation was scheduled, I decided to add more carpet. (2 additional rooms, stairs and a hall). I was expecting to have to wait another week or so to get that potion installed but Paul and Sue rearranged their schedule so I can have it all installed and once.

Had the house done. Four bedrooms, living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, three bathrooms, and hallways and stairs.Top to bottom, with wood, tile and carpet. Great experience, except for having to empty the furniture out of each room then putting it all back. Installers were very professional. We would recommend Carpet Plus for any work you may need.

Paul and his sister helped us pick out the perfect carpet and vinyl today. He even hopped on the phone with our contractor to confirm measurements and that he had all the supplies he'd need. We planned on picking everything up at a later date, not realizing they'd be closed as of tonight due to the shutdown.

We were not prepared with a vehicle to bring everything home, so Paul offered to deliver everything to us free-of-charge tonight. He helped carry all of he carpet up to the second floor apartment, which was way more than we expected. The customer service can't be beat.

We have had several floors replaced by Carpets Plus. Vinyl, laminate, and carpet. Each experience has been great. The owner Paul is very knowledgeable and doesn't try to sell you into anything you don't need. This past spring we had Tom install new flooring to our entire upstairs 1000+ sq ft. He did a wonderful job! He was extremely professional and a master Craftsman. If you are in the Southtowns and are in need of flooring I would highly recommend trying out Carpets Plus.

Really great quality carpet, and the price was great. We've been to several places looking for the right carpet for us and walked away disappointed several times, either because the wait time was too far out (over a month) or the price just didnt match the quality (or both!) Was very happy to find this spot, carpet picked up in less than 24 hours and Paul is a great guy to work with. Beyond happy with my purchase today!

Great Product Selection, Perfect Installation, Fair Pricing. After visiting 4 other flooring places and calling countless others for the best deal, Paul saw to it we had the right luxury vinyl plank waterproof product, bore with us thru two installation date changes because our appliances were delivered late, and assigned us a terrific installer who also put in matching quarter round, pulled and replaced the powder room toilet expertly, pulled and reinstalled the laundry room sink, and installed curved edges where the levels changed or butted carpeting/tile in 3 rooms plus 2 bathrooms. It is now one year after install and there have been zero problems. Thanks Paul!! We’ll go back for carpeting in another year or so.
