Fulton Public Assistance

My most recent experience was very pleasant, thankfully. I've been struggling with some health issues and need some assistance with some things & direction. The services are there to help people in time of need, domestic violence victims, disabled people, and to help people to get back on their feet. It's nice to see people getting proper help & some of the departments will help find a job suitable for the individual, even help with a ride to work until their first paycheck! Great to know!

The case worker that my interviewed a client I was acting as an Authorized Representative was very caring and helpful Mrs.Broat..

I am a man with a disability and have had experiences with Albany county DSS that made me fearful to even apply to another county.
After moving, I came to this DSS and ALL of the staff was friendly! Accommodating! And made every effort to help. That have been wonderful.

If you live in Albany county, and want out....I recommend Fulton County!

I work closely with DSS as a part of my job. The employees at Fulton County are so easy to work with- kind, compassionate, & understanding. This is so refreshing, considering DSS in general had a reputation for being mean, judgmental & rude to individuals seeking help. I appreciate what the ladies at Fulton County do to assist those they work with.

Staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant. Many services can be obtained here.

The staff here is understanding and courteous, we neeed to be grateful for all they can and do on a daily basis. Sometimes they cant help right away but if YOU try and YOU make the effort that you need help, you shall receive.

I would like to thank you all, for helping me when life is ruff.
