Whenever I need a loan I always make it a point to shop around at many banks, and every time I come back to SEFCU because they simply have the best rates on just about everything (I do have a checking account with another bank, but only because it is high yield). Frankly there is almost no reason to go to other financial institutions for a loan if there's a SEFCU around! Staff is also friendly and knowledgeable

They are not ready to have CapCom members come to their branch despite sending out notices about their merger to everyone.
This location in particular has no service so you can’t even look up any pertinent information you may need on your app! They can’t accept just your debit card.
Total disaster. Save yourself the headache and go directly to capcom.

Drive through is always backed up. Another teller might fix that problem 🤔

Made a change of address in May of 2021. Still in October 2021 still sending to a PO Box I no longer have. Leaves me zero time to send payment through the mail. I put it on the back portion you mail back, in the office and it seemed to be a very difficult task.

I wish I could get the hours of my life back I’ve wasted trying to deal with this bank. Dozens of unanswered emails and phone calls, incorrect information given to me, and multiple trips to the branch later and my issues are still not resolved. How is a bank this terrible still in business? I’ve asked that my account be closed and never be reopened without my permission again and was still told that that can not be guaranteed. Highly regretting ever using them in the first place!

The worst and most incompetent bank I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs. I closed my account months ago and am still dealing with their incompetence.
