Had to order twice, but, it was worth it.

Put an order in online well ahead of time for pickup later that day, but unbeknownst to me, even though I received a confirmation email and was charged, my order failed to transmit later in the day. A secondary email was received, but I don't check my email constantly throughout the day so I didn't know this until I arrived.

When I did, the staff was genuinely confused what happed to my order, and was trying their best to fix it. When I showed them the confirmation information that was when I stumbled across the email alerting me to the failure, but luckily they were good sports about ti and let me reorder straight away.

Went with a customized Beyond Burger and an order of the Cry + Fry Urban Style, I took a seat and within 5 to 7 minutes my order was up. Very snappy given my burger was quite the tall task, with two beyond patties, and a bunch of swaps between sauces, cheese, and other toppings.

I have quite the drive home, around 45 minutes, but amazingly the burger was still nice and warm thanks to the insulated bag it is packaged in. The Cry + Fry didn't fair as well, but I was snacking on those the entire drive so all is forgiven.

After digging into everything for real I was almost worried they messed up and used real meat patties, until I recognized the more grainy texture of the beyond patties. Still crazy how close they nailed the flavor of real meat, and my creation feels like it should be a menu standard with how well it all came together. The urban style Cry + Fry was also good, even better with the dipping sauce, but they were on the cool side by the time I was able to try the two together.

Overall given the failure of the online system, but then the real concern the staff showed me, and the delicious burger, I have to award full points. Even better the total, with all my extras I added and tip, was only a bit over $30. Very acceptable.

Great burger place with variety of choices. Great customer service. We are in town for the first time and loved this affordable place ( yes they still exist). I had burger bowl that is served on a base of fresh salad and was yummy. Colin provided great customer service.

Probably the best french fries in the world and the onion rings are fabulous as well.
Oh did I mention they serve hamburgers too, they are wonderful but I wish they were cooked on a fire grill instead of just a flat grill then they would be the worlds best burgers as well. 😁But they’re pretty darn good the way they are.
They have other things as well but you’ll just have to experience it when you visit one. The last one I was at was in Miami this one is much better food wise.
Seven bucks for a small burger not a cheap place.
So much better than five guys burgers can’t even compare.

Came here because it was close to the chess tournament. What a gem! The service was super nice and friendly. The BBQ burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The gluten free bun was hands down the best gluten free bun I’ve ever had. Each TV displayed something different so there was something for everyone to watch.

Awesome quick service burger spot located in the heart of downtown Saratoga Springs. Very clean store and friendly staff. Online ordering system was efficient, allowing for easy modifications to your order. Burgers were massive and delicious. Fries like similar chains, a regular order amounts to a giant bag of fries. Side dipping sauces were also offered a really good variety. Worth checking out for quick and easy eats.

Delious burgers, fries and Oreo shake! It was a great place to eat out with my parents! Highly recommend everyone to try who is a local or is visiting the Saratoga Springs, NY area.

Will was outstanding. All the food was great for my family of a 21 daughter, an 18 year old son and my Wife from Germany. Very clean, great ambient music, sound, ambiance, vibe if I do say humbly. As A Father, this place is worth checking out. Inside and Out and BTW, Great Fresh Bear Choices. Take your time ordering Y' All. They may be the best in the business. Our first time at a Burgerfi this past weekend. The service was very fast and the employees were friendly. We were happily surprised that they had vegetarian options (beyond meat burger) and it was done well. The fries were very crispy and not soggy like many hand cut fries. Onion rings were huge (maybe a little too thick) but delicious. We would recommend this and go back ourselves.

As soon as you walked in you can feel the friendly atmosphere. The cashier was great the food was great and the fresh cut french fries were outstanding

Wow! I picked BurgerFi because I saw these little desserts on the website, which intrigued me ... When I got there I ordered one of their signature burgers called SWAG ... Spicy but definitely not too spicy ... HIGHLY recommend!!

Don't forget dessert ... They are just the right size and hand made! The caramel one was the BOMB! 😀

Affordable burger joint that has a nice selection of specialty burgers, dogs, and bowls. Would be nice if the bowls offered a better leaf lettuce instead of iceberg though

I tell what. Ain’t never had an onion ring so perfect. Cool manager. Cool staff. Deadly tasty food. I guess it’s a franchise, but it don’t feel like it, at least this location. Stick around, guys! 🤘🏻👍

I always have a great meal here. Indoor and outdoor seating. Great staff. Great beer (and non beer beverages). Great music. Great vegetarian food. For two people ordered two beyond burgers with everything, one order of cri-fries(? Onion rings on top of fries) and two sodas and had food left over. Parking on the street or in garages nearby.

My friends and I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Food was good and the atmosphere was fun. Definitely want to go here again.

I ate here with a group of friends for lunch during NYLA. It's clean and the staff are super helpful and friendly. They didn't blink an eye at all seven of us as we stepped to the counter to order, each on a separate tab. The fries were TOP NOTCH, and the burger was delicious.

The burgers here are delicious and the staff is so kind! Amazing fries too. I ordered the CEO burger and it was scrumptious! I came with a group of 18 and they were so welcoming and had no problem with our huge order! Would highly recommend to anyone in the mood for a burger. Great veggie burgers too!!

This place is a must stop! I got the CEO and onions rings they are one of a kind and a must try! We will definitely return! Thanks again for great service and food today! 😀

We asked for a red velvet cake and the dude probably thought I meant shake? But I'm so happy we got the shake cause it's sooooo delicious! Would definitely get again next time!! Thanks for that mistake☺☺

This location is super busy on weekends but the food was fresh and service was good.
