Columbia Self Storage

I was very happy with my experience at Columbia Self Storage. We rented for 10 months during a home sale. The site is well designed, clean and affordable. The manager is extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing bad to say.

I decided to use Columbia Self Storage because it’s local and it’s clean and the units and grounds are kept immaculate. This is probably due to Patty the manager who helped me with my rental and numerous questions. She made the whole process, effortless and very pleasant as well. I highly recommend this place and Patty.

This place was the most pleasant part of my entire move. The gentleman at that counter was beyond kind and gracious and helped me when I was in a tough spot with a closing in a house that went all kinds of wrong. Thank you! You literally turned my entire day around and your kindness made a difference!

Matt was friendly and helpful with questions. The unit was clean with good temperature and low humidity.

Storage Concepts was nothing less than friendly and professional. Very helpful staff. Always available. Great business overall. I will use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends!

While the Hamburg location is clean, the prices have gone up about ten dollars a month every year since they were purchased by another larger company. New customers pay LESS per month than long-term clients with solid payment records! So, keep that in mind before you choose this facility. You will be paying much higher rates than other facilities with similar amenities.

Nice staff, rented a UHaul.

The owner is a very Is selfish person. Taking average of senior citizens on fixed income. My dad's been there 5 years the rent has went up every year. Even gave notice that I will be getting my dad's stuff out.. And paid this month's rent. Been there for only 11 days, and 19 left they won't reimburse my dad to $67.17 . To me that is very on fair. That's Very Dishonest If someone owed him that money for rent, he would want it or lock your storage until he got it. That's not a very nice person in my book. I hope the loser Reads this review and not one of his employees.

I just had a very sad call with Columbia storage (Matt). A family member of mine has used their storage for years. My family member was recently diagnosed with an illness and we needed to cut costs ASAP. Our payment comes out on Saturday July 8th per the rep on the phone but they would not extend it one more day Sunday for us to July 9th. I am in the military have duty on Saturday and could make it on Sunday to move. They said there was no exceptions and they would charge us the full month with no pro rate. I understand you are running a business we have been a customer for years, this is no way to treat people. I will not be recommending this place moving forward.

I stored items there for about two years. When I picked it up, 2/3 of it was destroyed from mold and mice damage. Horrible place. Would not recommend
