Hotel is going to be going through a bit of a remodel, that's great, but overall you can't get a better location. Pool and hot tubs are really good, can't beat the sauna and the restaurant right there. Don't come with expectations of luxury, it's a ski resort and they do a fantastic job.

The rooms are decent it would better if they took more time in the rooms but overall it's a pretty awesome place

I love my experience at this place so much. We got lucky and we're given an amazing two rooms on the fifth floor for a week. We all learned how to snowboard, took a bunch of lessons, we're on the slopes for morning until night, enjoy the spot at the hotel the jacuzzi the pool. Awesome awesome awesome awesome awesome awesome time.

Loved our stay here! Checkin was wonderful. Staff was professional personable and so upbeat! We wanted to extend our stay and staff quickly made some adjustments to allow us to stay in our own room. Room was great. Super clean! We had everything we needed in the kitchen, baths etc! If we needed anything we just called front desk and in 5 mins our needs were delivered to our door. Bed was super comfortable! The room was truly great! We went to John Harvards 2 nights and it was really good! The skiing was AWESOME. The staff does an amazing job keeping the slopes groomed. This is our second visit here and will definitely be back next year! We love it here! Like I said before everyone goes above and beyond and everyone is super nice and friendly!

Had a really good time over the weekend! Shout out to the NICEST front desk staff I have ever met. I hope managers see this and give Sean two thumbs up. Hotel was clean and very busy! Will stay there again.

We rented adjoining rooms, which meant two full beds, two sofa beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, fireplace, and small balcony. This location could not have been more convenient, sitting right next to the ski school and smaller slopes. It has ski check on-site and several restaurants. The indoor-outdoor pool and outdoor hot tubs are heated sufficiently for use in winter and appear to be quite popular. The parking garage is right underneath and is tall enough to accommodate an SUV with a car top carrier. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel! We stayed in a suite for a wedding. It had a full kitchen with three bedrooms. Our room had a great view of rhe mountain. I would love to come back when the mountains are covered in snow.

My family had a wonderful stay. One of the best resorts in western new york.

Love this place! Highly recommend slope side room with balcony for the views. On clear nights the stars over the mountains are amazing. Have stayed in studio and 1 bedroom. Full kitchen with everything you need. We shop for steaks at Dom's Butcher Block so we don't have to eat out. Pool, sauna, hot tub, grill and fire pit too. Very relaxing!!

It was like a weekend in heaven. Amazing stay. Clean friendly and convenient location.

Stayed here for the annual Beer & Wine Festival and LOVED the room. Had so many pluses we weren't expecting -- balcony, fireplace, full kitchen. Definitely will be on the list for an annual tradition. Thank you to the staff for helping create such a great experience during what I am sure is a busy weekend.

Excellent resort. The rooms are spaceous and clean. Depending on the room you can get a full kitchen or partial kitchen with full bath. Depending on the room there is also a full living area. Onsite is an excellent restaurant and a cafe in the other building for breakfast. Both are available from room service but there is a 20% fee for the food. Full TV channels with HBO. There are 3 pools but only 1 is heated and open year round. This pool is very well heated. Access to the golf course and hiking paths during warmer seasons and the ski /snowboard slopes in the winter. Arcade is very lacking though as it's just a claw machine room with a foosball table.

Love this place in summer. Beautiful! Rooms are compfy and very clean.not super modern. Fire place is great for cool nights and wine on the balcony overlooking the slope even better

Staff were very professional. We enjoyed the pool, the bar had a nice pleasant atmosphere. Extended check out was a nice feature.

Excellent place to stay, with picturesque views from the rooms. Staff was incredible and accommodating as well. I look forward to going back!

My wife and I have been here numerous times for my granddaughters pageants.
The rooms are well taken care of and the amenities are plentiful. We love this place.
