If I could give zero stars, I would. Female that was working there couldn't figure out that if your laptop is dead, You need to plug it in and keep it plugged in until she was told to do so by a superior. While waiting for her laptop to charge if anyone tried to ask a question she would talk to them in a very rude manor, she would give nasty looks to everyone in the room and roll her eyes at us. Don't waste your time going here, I eventually just got up and left because of her attitude and body language

This office is a mess. 3 of the 4 customers ahead of me were recommended to go to the Binghamton or endicott sites within 5 minutes of being called up. Attendant had a horrible attitude.

How about putting the right hours online ,that would helpful because it says closes at 3pm when it’s really 1pm?! What a waste of time.

unfortunately the young lady there does not have a clue of what she is doing... Don't waste your time thinking your going to save any wont happen!

Very rude employee, does not give you all the information you need. Take your chances at a normal DMV office.
