Highly recommend! We had a nail in our tire as we were heading back home from a weekend trip and they got us in quick, fixed it no problem, and were so very reasonably priced!!

I found myself passing through Ellicottville on a tire that was rapidly losing air (as a result of driving over a huge threaded nail). I was mildly panicked thinking about how I’d make it the 90 miles home on a Friday night when I was directed by a nice man who I met in a parking lot to try to make it up the road to EVL. I called at a few minutes after 5 (when I knew they’d likely be closing) and was told to stop in and they’d look to see if they could fix it. 20 minutes later I had a fixed flat and was able to make it home after a long week and a lot of driving on unfamiliar roads through unfamiliar towns.

I couldn’t thank them enough for staying late to help a stranger driving through. I appreciated their service and kindness more than they’ll ever know. It reminded me there are good people willing to help when you need them most.

Ran over a nail that punctured my tire about an hour away from Ellicottville, was able to change to a spare and drive into town, only had a 1 hour window before I had to get back on the road, they squeezed me right in, fixed the tire, re-mounted it, and even put away all the spare tire tools in the right spots and reattached the spare up under the carriage! Amazing customer service and I will recommend every chance I get!

Had a blown head gasket in my 09 Civic. Not only did they do the entire job for a reasonable cost, but they finished the entire undertaking in just 4-5 days. I was extremely impressed, and would 150% highly recommend this company, and would definitely use them again in the future.

If you a need great mechanic who does great service at a fair price take your business to them! Entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Doesn’t over promise and under deliver! Great place deserves 5stars!

The honesty and expertise of this small-town mechanic left me greatly and thankfully surprised; when my car was towed there after breaking down near Ellicottville, he told me immediately he wouldn't be able to take my car in at least a week, and he diagnosed the car (free of charge) while it was still on the tow truck, which saved me a lot of time and money. He suggested at once to take it to a dealership, because he diagnosed it as a seized engine (which it was and required an engine replacement). I hope he gets a lot of business from the people around the area.

On our way to Allegheny State Park for a family vacation, we stopped for gas and ultimately broke down. Having a large truck and trailer, my parents and my 2 year old stranded at a gas station was not ideal. We called the closest repair shop, EVL Auto Care INC. They came and towed the truck and trailer back to their shop down the road. They had a few other cars to work on so we sat and waited. To our surprise, the mechanics worked quickly to fix our truck. They were kind and accommodating. We were in and out in about 3 hours. We could not recommend this shop more! The staff are the kindest, most hard working that we have seen in the business. They also ofder beyond fair prices! If you are near the Ellicottvile, NY or Salamanca NY areas and need auto repairs then call EVL Auto Care INC! They will take good care of you!

Great service at a great price , I had 4 tires mounted and balanced and an oil change , in and out in an hour !! Later that day I decided to fill my washer fluid but when I opened the hood they had already filled it !!
