Nice location. Can sleep about a dozen. Plenty of off street parking.

Great location

This was a horrible experience, I would never recommend it, and could not imagine where to begin but if you book here be prepared to experience what we did:
Rented the entire house, but arrived to find that the owner and his friend were camped out in the 'common living room' with chips, beer, and watching a game. His friend was going to 'sleep over' in this room. After skiing we returned to both of them frying food in the 'common kitchen', to learn that they rented the 'common living room space' to a couple who offered them a last-minute booking/money. The owner describes his place (which was booked through my travel agent as a B&B), as a "co-ed frat house". There's no rating low enough to give to this experience. Buyer Beware!

I had booked for Oktoberfest back in early Aug. I was told I would get the upstairs which is 3 rooms ( 2 bdr and a living room). The reservations were set in stone and my credit card number was given to the owner (Rick) to hold the reservations. Since then he had called me 7 times changing everything each time. 1st he changed the rate and said it was his bad and he would only charge us for the 2 bedrooms and throw in the living room for free. The 2nd time he called and raised the rate and said i was being charged for all 3 rooms. 3rd time he called and lowered the rate but was still being charged for all 3 rooms. Then was called a 4th time and was told I was coming a completely different date and it wasn't even in October and said he doesn't know if i can stay because those dates aren't available. Then called me back and said that it was actually perfectly fine and the dates were fine. By then i was a little annoyed from all the changes so he called again and left me a voicemail confirming that i was coming for Octo. 8 & 9 and repeated the rate for 3 rooms and that he was sorry for the confusion and i'm all set so he'll see me in october. then called me a week later trying to say its actually a 2 night minimum and then he felt bad and he said to forget it i can do the one night because he already promised it. Then he calls me yesterday (2 weeks before Oktoberfest) and tells me there is a problem and that he actually had family book the upstairs room but they gave him the wrong number and he couldn't call them a few months back and then i called in august to make reservations and he gave the rooms to me instead and he didn't know what to do. I told him I need to know what is going on because I have been getting the run around from the beginning and the people i am going with are getting frustrated because everything keeps changing and he goes then just don't come and he hung up on me. I called him back and asked so you're cancelling my reservations on me and he goes yup sorry and hung up. My boyfriend called back because they have his card on file and he wanted to make sure it was erased and Rick ignored my calls so he called off his phone and rick had his wife answer. she said she couldn't do it right now and she doesn't know what to tell us. She had attitude the whole time and now my boyfriend had to cancel his card and get a new one because Rick wrote the card number down and still has it. We cant even go to Oktoberfest anymore because every single b&b and hotel is completely booked. So now the plans to go are ruined. I strongly recommend finding a different place to stay, he is not a good person or business owner.
