Saisons Inn

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay at the Saisons Inn. We had never done a Bed and Breakfast before, but Deborah and JY made us feel right at home. We were warmly greeted and also given privacy. We had a lovely homemade breakfast on the morning of check out and got to dine with the other guests. The Inn is a 3 min drive from the main strip of restaurants and about 5 min from Holiday Valley Ski Resort. We had a wonderful weekend of skiing and relaxation.

We just go back from a 3 night stay at Saisons, and it was such a great experience. We had booked the Excelsior room, but upgraded to the Kennedy Cottage when we got there to have more space. The cottage was super cute, clean and comfortable. Deborah was very accommodating, and very kind. We specially enjoyed the peaceful environment and using the hot tub on the cold nights!
The breakfast that JY made the morning of departure was AMAZING!! He even brought it over to the cottage for us because I wasn’t feeling well.
All in all it was a great stay. We felt safe and comfortable, and it was close to town. Thank you!!

Fantastic stay with fantastic hosts. We spent just one night at Saisons but left like we knew JY and Deborah a long time. We stayed in the Excelsior room. It was very cozy and extremely comfortable bed. It is a great location just a 10 minute walk to everything. Breakfast before we left was excellent. Anyone who prefers bed and breakfasts should definitely put Saisons Inn on their list. If you’ve never tried one, this would be a great first time experience .

Saisons was great! The location was an easy walk to Steel Bound brewery or into town. Our room was homey, cosy and very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! We also had great conversation with other guests and our host. We highly recommend Saisons Inn!

We were trying to find a last minute place to stay to beat the recent storm and Deborah and Jean were extremely accomodating. We loved our time here and wish we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal and the decor was everything. Extremely comfortable and clean. Thanks for a great time! Would recommend to anyone

Very nice B&B close to town. Room was comfortable and clean, and the hosts were superb. If you don’t use all your energy skiing, they have a hot tub to soak in afterwards.

My husband and I just returned from a 3-night stay. I can’t say enough about this place. It was wonderful!! Nice room with a very comfortable bed, built in pool and hot tub. JY, the proprietor, was an awesome host. His recommendations for places to eat and drink were spot on!! We are already planning our next trip.

Very clean and great amenities. Breakfast was delicious. Hosts were wonderful. Location is perfect being a few minutes walk from everything downtown. We had a wonderful stay and look forward to returning.

The innkeepers Deborah Ryan-Pelletier and Jean-Yves Pelletier were superb. Jean-Yves in particular went out of his way to make conversation and introduce us to the area. A very interesting, kind person with many interesting stories to tell and the generosity to share them with strangers.

The rooms were lovely and very clean/well maintained. Each one had its own bathroom which is greatly appreciated. The bathrooms were neat and fairly modern with nice showers and lots of clean towels. Much better than many hotel rooms I’ve been in to be honest. There was a cozy common area with a coffee maker and fridge, as well as a table.

Although the pool was small, it was very clean and refreshing! The perfect temperature on a hot (but not scorching) day. It was clearly maintained carefully (some hotel pools can be kind of gross, but this one didn’t give us any pause.) The real stunner though? THE HOT TUB. I don’t care that it was 80 degrees, a hot tub always makes everything 110% better. Again, it was both easy to use and very clean.

On the day you depart, the innkeepers make a lovely little breakfast. It made us feel very pampered and special. Elicottville is not necessarily a TOWN we plan on coming back to, but as we were leaving my dad remarked that he enjoyed the inn and the innkeepers so much that he wished we could stay there again (just in a more exciting city.) 5/5 stars, no doubt. My husband and I rented the entire BnB out for our wedding weekend. We stayed in the cottage in the back while some of our wedding party stayed in the main house and it was the perfect accommodation. The location is perfect- walking distance to the village but away from the craziness- and Deb and JY went out of the way to make sure that everything was absolutely perfect for us. The rooms are comfortable and the hot tub is a great bonus!

My friend and I stayed here this past weekend for a girls ski trip. It was our first time staying at a BnB and it exceeded our expectations! Deborah and JY are the kindest and most welcoming people, it felt like we were staying with family. The common spaces and rooms are very clean and well kept. There is also a hot tub which was a bonus. Its the perfect location if your plans are to go to Holiday Valley. It is only a short drive up the road from all the shops in Ellicottville as well. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and was fun/ different. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Saisons Inn and will definitely return for our girls trip next year! I stayed at Saisons for a weekend in the Sportsman's room. It was wonderful! Perfect for my partner and I. We loved the cozy fireplace and bathrobes. The owners were so nice and accommodating! The Sportsman's room is somewhat secluded from the rest of the house, it has its own entrance, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is great - close enough to walk into town, or out to the distillery (much easier than trying to find parking in the village) - and a short drive to the ski resorts. We look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the big porch and pool!

Deb and Jean were the perfect hosts. Offering insight into the goings on in and around Ellicottville during our weekend getaway. The Kennedy cottage was perfect, and the bed was super comfortable! A quick 10 min walk gets you easily downtown as well!! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This is our second time staying at the Saisons Inn in Ellicottville. We come for the summer music festival over the 4th of July weekend. Debbie and Jean are very welcoming and make you feel right at home. We loved hearing Jean's stories during breakfast and mingling with the other guests. The breakfasts were homemade and very scrumptious. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the little extras (snacks, chocolates, juice, and yogurt) in our Kennedy Cottage. Even though the inn is on the main road, it is very quiet. We loved relaxing by the outdoor pool. I would highly recommend staying at the Saisons Inn.

Staying at the Saisons Inn Cottage was a real treat for my mini birthday get away. There was Prosecco and fine chocolate treats long with other snacks. Deborah let us stay in the cottage at no extra charge instead of house as her husband was not feeling well. We appreciated the cautious concern.
Loved the hot tub next to cottage. Downtown is in walking distance. Treat yourselves at Saisons Inn!

My friend and I came for a night after skiing. Deborah and John were friendly and attentive hosts. The entire home, our room and bathroom were spotless. Bed was very comfortable. We stayed in the Legends room. The fireplace is a great touch for the winter months! We also enjoyed the hot tub as well! They provided coffee and little snacks to grab and go. I would highly recommend this stay to others if you're looking for a quiet and cozy stay right in town.

Our stay at the Saisons Inn was wonderful. The Inn is beautifully appointed and the room comfortable and very clean. It was the perfect respite after a day of skiing. The location is close to town so we could walk. We also enjoyed some time in the hot tub. Everything we needed for a perfect getaway! Thanks!

This was our first time staying at a bed and breakfast and it was amazing! From the hospitality of the inn owners, the cleanliness of the room, the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on to the special homemade breakfast on our last morning everything was absolutely perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, quaint place to stay in Ellicottville I highly recommended staying here! Thank you so much for making our weekend so enjoyable. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful getaway! Deborah and JY were wonderful hosts. The room was perfect for our needs and the hot tub was just fabulous after long ski days. Will definitely return!

Saisons is such a fabulous Inn, homey, comfortable, welcoming and warm. Both hosts are incredibly attentive to detail, want to ensure guests have everything they need and will help with directions of what to do or where to go whilst in town. Breakfast was delicious and creative! Loved our stay! We’ll be back.
