I am beyond grateful for the experience I just had at the Autozone in Newton. After not being able to get an oil change my oil light had turned on, and my car began to shake and I pulled over. I went to autozone and Jerry B. was so kind and helpful with everything I needed to get back to my car and get it running again. He asked me questions and explained things in detail so I could make a purchase that was best for my emergency situation. I was able to get my car home because of his kindness and attention to detail. Thank you Jerry!!

I stopped in to return a lightbulb and was unaware of the hours of operation and was informed that the store was about to close. Instead of turning me away and telling me to come back another time, Joa the manager went the extra mile and helped me return the item. She was very nice and professional and I greatly appreciated her helping me after the store had closed. Thank you Joa.

Luis G helped me out and was incredible the whole time. He took the time to explain my problem and fixed it and told me the next steps. The entire encounter was awesome. Would absolutely recommend.

Great staff, they took the time and effort to help me find an alternative replacement for my ride on mower oil filter. I wouldn't have known which one I needed. Definitely knowledgeable with their products and provide much needed customer service.

Awesome customer service! My AC wasn't working and they helped me diagnose the issue. I bought a can of refrigerant because it was low from the car sitting so long. I put it in now works fine.

The AutoZone stores that I frequent are in Franklin Boro and Newton, NJ. Both stores have polite employees and the stores are always clean, stocked and are pleasant to shop at. The employees are normally knowledgeable about what they carry but if you are expecting them to know detail information or how to fix it, you should go to a mechanic for anything that is more detailed than a windshield wiper, battery or oil change. Being that I am pretty knowledgeable about fixing my own vehicles, this store is exactly what I expect it to be.

Anytime I have been here everyone has always been nice and helpful. A really nice thing they do is if you are/were military or a current first responder PD, FD, or EMS they will gladly give you a 10% discount.

Folks at this Newton store were very helpful with my order. I had a $10 coupon that I was not able to redeem online for some reason. Pretty sure it was "operator error!" They made it work, no problem. Thanks

As a complete stranger to AutoZone in Newton New Jersey, I was amazed at how much help I received on my very first visit. An experienced BMW mechanic named Niko kindly provided me with a free scan to diagnose my "check engine light" problem on a Volvo 2005 S60. Niko explained with perfect clarity exactly what the error codes meant. He even explained how I could easily repair the problem myself. I have almost no experience with automotive repairs or even maintenance. I was given a great education about how to care for my vehicle in a short time. I was even more amazed at how quickly the correct part could be obtained at an even lower price than other well-respected vendors. Without the help of a fine person like Niko, my automotive problems would have gone from bad to worse. God bless you!

Excellent customer service took the time out to look at the part that I needed also was very very polite and went into the computer four different ways and did not find the part very professional.

Thank you to Tania C and Thomas for all of their help! They really went above and beyond with their customer service. Smaller-sized location with limited inventory, but they can communicate with other stores to find out which one(s) stock what you need to save you time.
