Kim and Tony are terrific along with all of the staff. They always greet anyone who walks in, offers chairs to friends and family who are waiting and goes above and beyond. I have been going to Kim and Tony for more than 15 years and travel an extensive distance for them to do my nails because they are the only ones I trust. The salon is clean and they always clean and sterilize their tools. If you are not happy or satisfied with your nails, they consistently try to fix the concern to make things right. The staff will tell you if there is a wait and I have never waited more than 15 mins even as a walk in. I love going to this salon!

I have been going to Kim's Nails and Spa for 18 years. Their shop used to be by me for years, when they moved to Binghamton, I started driving an hour to continue having my nails done by Tony. Kim and Tony run the best nail salon I ever been to, all of the technicians are friendly. When walking in you are always greeted and you don't feel like you are just a number. Their prices are amazing and they have so many choices.
If you are looking for an amazing nail salon with great employees, this is the place for you!
My nails look amazing every time! I have never had a problem with my nails. In fact, I worked on machinery for more than 10 years and never had one break or fall off even with my nails full of grease and oil.

Kim did my nails and she took her time did exactly what I wanted for a reasonable price and I have been going here for 4 years and they never disappoint!

I took my two 6 year old daughters here and they treated them amazing! My one child has ADHD and has trouble sitting still and messed up her nails a few times and they fixed them without even asking or charging me which was one of my fears bringing them so young. But we had a great time and they got lolipops at the end. Would definitely recommend them!

Been coming here 3 years & I absolutely love it!! Who wouldn’t want to relax with a glass of complimentary wine or drink while getting a pedi? or maybe even a mani? great people there & happy every time I leave! 💗

Kim did my nails and I love it! She took good care of peeling off my old manicure and applying the new one. I did the cat eye manicure for the first time and it was amazing! My friend says it looks like galaxy! Highly recommended! Definitely the best manicure in Binghamton.

I have come to Kim’s now for almost two years and have never had a bad experience. Kim knows exactly how I like my nails and the only mess ups that needed to be fixed were my mistakes on messing up the nail polish. My nails have never chipped and Kim provides excellent customer service. I absolutely love Kim Nails and Spa and Kim and Tony!!! Highly recommended!!!!

My friends/family and I had a great experience at Kim’s Nails and Spa. The staff was kind and did an amazing job on our acrylic nails, manicures, and pedicures!!! We will definitely use this nail salon again!!!!

My sister, my mom and I started going here right when they opened after COVID and have been going ever since! I go every month for a fill and they always turn out amazing! I always get complements! Every few months I'll treat myself to a pedicure and those are my favorite! The staff is so friendly and always asks how my sister and mom are doing. I brought my entire bridal party and a few extra family members and they accommodated us all and they did such an amazing job! I moved here 4 years ago and tried a few different places and this is by far the best. The prices are super reasonable and the family who owns it are some of the nicest people! I always recommend this place to anyone and will never go anywhere else! Highly recommend!

Visited Kim's Nails today such a good experience very very clean very professional and soo friendly. Kim and staff are so nice makes u feel so comfortable. My nails looks absolutely gorgeous. This was my first time here. The one I usually go to was beginning to be sloppy and polish was chipping only few days after of having them done. My experience here was good. I got a mani and pedi. Workers were nice, price was acceptable and the actual work done on my nails was neat. Especially with my mani and I know is difficult sometimes considering my nails are quite short. I will most certainly be returning. Just maybe my new nail place.

I just had the best experience here. Ive never had a pedicure. Kim was absolutely wonderful. So was Tam with my manicure.. Definitely going back.

I really enjoy my experience at Kim’s! It’s quite, never too crowded. Kim takes her time and does a great job. I have tried many nail Solons and finally found one I can say I come back to again. Oh not Tom mention the complementary beverages! They also have a lot of colors to choose from.

They were so nice. We had 4 pedicures booked. 2 of her people called in but the 2 of them were so nice worked well were kind to us offered us wine or water. We left very happy!
