Store is packed with awesomeness. Always need to stop when at the galleria. Store always clean bright and organized with extremely helpful staff. Plus they usually have some special buy one get some percentage off.

Love this store always finding stuff that are crazy cool jewelry, clothes, makeup pop up characters all sorts of crazy stuff I can't go to my local mall without stopping by the store and sometimes you get coupons for buying stuff for later purchases it's a great store and the staff is awesome plus they have an online store so your not limited to the physical store it's great and their always getting new stuff. The first picture is of jewelry I've gotten from the store and the second is one of the coupons and just so you know you get multiple coupons and you can combine them so if you have 4 of them you can use all of them on one order so the store is that cool check it out if you like semi goth Rock and roll type style stuff you'll love this store I promise although I didn't think I'd like it cuz I'm not into goth or heavy metal type stuff but I love this store

I love Hot Topic, while I was there I picked up a MHA T-Shirt and some Harry Potter earrings

Paige was really sweet she helped me find everything I needed and made me feel very welcomed

I called looking for a particular item. Katie answered the phone and not only helped me find that item, but also another one to go with it. She was absolutely the most amazing customer service person out of any store I have encountered in years. My husband heard the call that was on speaker and when I hug up he said, "wouldn't it be great if all customer service could be like that!" Hot Topic always has friendly staff but this was extraordinary!

Always always always the nicest people in the mall no matter what time of day you go in there. No matter what, they are always helpful and friendly. I've been in several different locations and it's the same friendliness every time. Wish they can hire people like this at the supermarket. Nice items for current and vintage icons and themes. There is so much to look at if you need a gift for a fanatic. Cannot emphasize how friendly the atmosphere is in here. Please dont ever change!

Awesome experience! We all know that HT is very lgbtq+ friendly but Brianna (hope I spelled that right) made it extra fun! She was just so fun and nice to talk to! it was an overall great experience!

Went to pick up a gift card for my granddaughter and ended up picking a couple of things out for myself. Have to look around staff is very nice and you might find something that strikes your interest.

I always enjoy my visits here, alot of the inventory matches what's online, staff is always friendly and helpful but never overbearing and that is what keeps me comming back

Great variety of cloths and jewelry if you know anybody in to Gothic or heavy metal music, punk Rock along that lines they'll love this store

Cool shop for things that are trending. Kind of expensive sometimes but they usually have a good deal going and the have a nice rewards system.
