I cannot say enough nice things about this place. Louise was an absolute delight. She listened to my needs, likes and wants, and helped us design a gorgeous kitchen, that is also functional. She was there through out the entire process for anything we needed.

Great atmosphere. The help is fantastic. They take care of there customers.

Louise was such a help when it came to my kitchen remodel. She guided me through the process and offered recommendations when I asked for input on contractors or other services. She came to my home and designed a beautiful layout really listening to my needs and taking my homes limitations into account. She was very patient and I never felt rushed or pressured. Blue Ridge has a nice selection of cabinets to choose from. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are amazing. Even knowing nothing walking in, they make me feel comfortable and confident about the project I want to complete. They answered all my questions and provided me various quotes for multiple options. Very helpful and friendly staff and large selection of home project needs.

Today I arrived home to a stack of perfect lumber. Thank you Craig for swapping those out as promised . So nice to deal with someone who truly cares about his customers , a rare thing these days. I've been working with the Blue Ridge Lumber location in Ogdensburg for over 7 years on various renovations to our commercial office building and residence, and I am well overdue in posting a review. Craig and Louise have ALWAYS been extremely helpful and accommodating. Craig supplied the building materials for a $1M renovation to our office building and Louise recently prepared/supplied custom designs and cabinetry for our residence. The Blue Ridge store in Ogdensburg has always been welcoming, helpful and reliable in meeting deliverables and standing behind their products.

Sounds like Nick Me doesn't know his business cant even spell Lowe's properly but great place for building material and they are willing to work with price plus with all the hurricanes and destruction that's gone on prices are gonna go up EVERYWHERE plus you dont want to buy your building material from a place that stores it inside cause then there just no good I would recommend this place 100 percent to family and friends
