Went in to shop to change up my style on August 21, 2022, was greeted by Yohanngs. She was such a sweet person! I went in feeling nervous and not confident enough to change up my style of clothing and when I tell you she went above and beyond helping me! She helped me so much and was so welcoming. She went back and forth from the dressing room to the clothes rack helping me find my size and different clothing items that I would like. Walked out feeling happy and beautiful! Thankyou so much for the confidence boost. The outfits you picked out for me look amazing!

Went into the store looking for something to wear to my business event. Iraida greeted me the moment I walked in with a ‘good afternoon’ and a smile. I eventually asked Iraida for a bit of help looking for a size in a specific shirt, which they didn’t have. She offered to order it for me but it wouldn’t come in time for the date I would need it by. She then went out of her way to find the exact shirt in a different color to see if I wanted to give it a try since they had the size I needed. I thought why not, so tried it and it was PERFECT. It was the shirt I ended up buying( along with other items). Without her going above and beyond to help me out I would have left the store with nothing in my hand. She made it possible to be able to leave with a purchase of exactly what I needed. Definitely is the definition of great customer service and seems she loves to help others. Amazing qualities of a leader.

The store is nicely organized, i was able to find exactly what i was looking for with no problem. The store manager, Kourtney, was so warm and cheerful, she made made me feel like i was there with my girlfriend. She was product knowledgeable and fashion savvy. Thanks a lot Kourtney, that outfit was a hit. 😃

Was in the Middletown store recently and everyone was so friendly and helpful. The manager on the floor was also very kind and helpful. I do wish the store carried plus sizes but it is still a really cute place to shop!!

Great prices, charming pieces of clothing. Haven't seen items like this in other stores and I am always looking for trendy pieces of clothing but that not everyone has. The back of the store is all event or prom dresses.

Purchased long, leaf statement earrings!!! They are spectacular and Valerie was a tremendous help at the Crystal Run Galleria!!!!
