Dr Varsha Kishore is hands down terrific. She listens, keeps me involved in any and all medical decisions. The front desk are typically kind and I've never waited more than a couple minutes to speak to someone.

I have had Lourdes for my Primary Care since 1997. My Primary Care physician retired in 2017. I tried UHS for one year but returned to Lourdes Ascension. I get quality care even if my doctor is unavailable. Where I go the Walk-In doctors are the same doctors in the office. They all seem connected and know your situation and issue.
I do have some issues with the staff in the office. I seem to have problems getting my messages relayed properly. Issues that are important don’t get answered quickly or correctly. I am sure all of this is due to Covid and staff changes. There are a lot of worker shortages in my area.
I would definitely recommend Lourdes Primary. My present physician was new when I started with him. He is extremely intelligent and tries everything he can to find an answer for your illness or distress or whatever is wrong with you. He is truly amazing.

Dr.Rosie was excellent,also the nurse Donna was the best. They're very professional an nice. Would differently recommend this walk-in.

Dr. Varsha Kishore is such a wonderful doctor. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I have lupus and a compromised immune system and she a very concerned doctor. I can't say enough good things about her.

Recently switched to Lourdes primary care within the last 6 months. Office staff is really helpful and I could not be happier. Michael Reistetter F.N.P. is the best provider I have ever had, he really takes the time to get to know his patients and goes the extra mile to do whatever he can to help. Extremely knowledgeable and an asset to Lourdes.

Had a wonderful visit with Dr. Duel. He was understanding and professional. The office staff was also very lovely. Would recommend.

I have just returned from a visit at Lourdes walk-in Chenango Bridge. Everyone was so kind, patient and caring with me. They were fast and accommodating as I was in for a knee injury. I don't want to go back but know if I must the care there will be awesome! God Bless all of you! Joe

Dr. Ashraf always takes the time to listen and explains things well. His nurse, Billie Jo, is phenomenal.

They are wonderful here. If they don't have the answer to something any employee will find the answer.
