Update - Someone from PC reached out to hear my concerns. I appreciate a company that wants to improve their customer’s experiences. I want to trust this place again. I will update my review.
This doesn’t feel like a safe place to use and I don’t recommend this pharmacy especially for older patients. Not sure what happened about 8 months ago, but they no longer function as they should. Routine medications are suddenly not filled, and when you call to find out the issues, you get excuses. I have had many different medications filled, of all types. All are routine meds I have been taking anywhere from 1-12 years. Unless you want to monitor your scripts weeks in advance, and call them weeks before you run out, then this is your place. If they don’t have your medication, you will just not ever know why unless you call. They don’t call you to tell you, they don’t call your provider. They do nothing. I used to get texts and calls to alert me when my med was ready. Not anymore, or maybe sometimes. It’s absurd. This place is dangerous for anyone on medication that they need on a consistent schedule. You will not see it coming and will be stuck scrambling to locate a basic medication from another pharmacy. I should have left this place when they did this to me before a vacation. Bottom line is that I have personally been affected in a negative way when this place has left me without my medications for extended periods of time. This town has many pharmacies, so there’s no sense in placing yourself at risk by using this one. They are unpredictable, unprofessional and they actually lie to cover for their incompetence.

After verifying my prescription would be filled today and to stop in after 4, I did just that. The prescription wasn't filled yet and I was told it would be 30 to 45 minutes! I told the pharmacist I didn't have the time to wait and she said the best she could do is 20 minutes because they are still behind from New Years! I'm not sure what that has to do with customers waiting in store. The pharmacist was not nice or pleasant about any of it. The cashier was super nice

Instead of greeting customers/patients with friendly polite service, they treat them like dogs. Script is never ready on time, even when it's called in Ahead of time, or the night before. You still have to wait to pick it up. They literally won't fill it until you get there, and then it takes a half hour. My gf went to pick up my script, she waited at the counter for a few minutes and nobody said anything. When she sat down at the blood pressure machine, then the rude lady decided to let her know my script was ready by banging her hand on the counter, like shes some dog. Next time treat people with respect and kindness. Your job isn't that hard.

Stopped in to pick up a prescription for a patient that was sent electronically @ 9:45am. Pharmacy electronically verified at 9:46am that they received it. I went in to do shopping @ about 11:15am. I stopped at the pharmacy on my way out at about 11:30am. The lady who came to the counter flat out lied to me saying they had just received the prescription and that it would be another 20 minutes or so. With that, she turned around and walked away. I work at the doctor's office the prescription was sent from which she did not know, but I know exactly when the order was sent and received. I understand that orders take time to fill, but nearly 2 hours seems excessive, and don't lie to me!

If you care about your privacy and your medical information/records staying private, avoid at ALL cost. This was once a reputable pharmacy.

Bad policies and very bad customer service at the corporate level
