They get you in in a timely manner. Your not there more than an hour . The staff are very nice and they know you by your name. The nurses and doctors are very nice. They actually take the time to listen to you and your needs. My family and I have been going for a little over six years now. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good family practice.

I've been going to Dr. Cope for years. Best family practice in the area hands down! I don't know what I'm going to do if I ever move away! The whole office is always friendly and I've never had a problem making or cancelling an appointment.

This is a wonderful practice that is Christian-based and is affiliated with St. Mary's Healthcare in Amsterdam. Their entire staff is excellent and everyone is very helpful. I highly recommend them for the whole family!

Doctor Cope is decent. However, I highly would recommend NOT seeing Thomas Vendetti. I have kept my mouth shut many times in the office while seeing him out of my own class. Firstly, there have been many times he has attempted degrading or disrespecting me for nearly any of my health concerns. Recently he came out & asked me where I get my "knowledge" from because I told him someone had demanded me to get specific testing that I didn't have interest in to begin with - which I expressed to him jokingly. He began belittling me asking me if i had a medical degree or if the people I associate with do. While I carry a Bachelor Of Science & I'm currently studying to be a nurse, I found it to be rather impertinent behavior & obtrusive to continuously question. When I simply stated someone recommended I get certain imaging done & didn't take consideration to their advice to begin with. He continued making comments saying he was going to be "mean to me". Started me on a very high dosage of anti-depressants suddenly without building it up. Which made me very sick & I had to discontinue immediately. He has attempted to play psychiatrist to diagnose me himself saying I have Bi-Polar or Mania when he doesn't have the credentials to do so especially being a PA. Psychiatrists personally have never said anything of the sort. Expressing to him I've had anxiety like 40 million other adults in the United States instead of providing medical advice, recommending ways of coping or prescribing anti-anxiety meds he has instead talked down to me & told me every little thing I feel is in my head. Finally, I had missed an appointment because I changed my phone number. He threatenend he was going "kick me out of the practice" if I continued, in those exact words which I found to be incredibly unprofessional & unethical. I have also spoken to a few other people who have felt the same of him & had similar encounters. Nonetheless, I will never again return this practice because of him. I personally think he needs to retire because he is getting to be a curmudgeon in his old age. 😊
