Apple Quaker Bridge

With the high pace of the holiday season, it was nice to get quick service and very quick turnaround for a full screen replacement. As with every Apple Store I have ever stepped foot in, the store itself was immaculate. What are my favorite features about every Apple stores is there’s always enough reps to answer questions massive amount of people that are always present.

The Genius bar is always full, but that didn’t stop Andy from taking some extra time coming over to help me look at some beats earbuds. Matt had my replacement processed to ship out in less than 20 minutes. John brought out my return had the patience and presence of mine to let me go through all of the processes to ensure that I was happy with the repair. Jeff also made sure that I was happy with setting up the computer and using the very high-speed Wi-Fi download all of my previous applications, and get started same day.

Great location and the Apple Customer Service meets my expectations - excellent. They are a busy location, however, they get the job done. To make your visit smooth be sure to ensure you’re backed up no matter what service you choose. Staff is very professional, purchasing from Apple is easy.

I had the pleasure of working alongside with Nelly today as I purchased a new iPhone. She was very helpful in my purchase and even educated me on certain softwares and updates with the new phone. I would definitely recommend talking to her in any future purchase any one might have. Very friendly and helpful!

I had such a great experience at the apple store and the employee May was so helpful!!! She diagnosed the issue on my phone and gave me many solutions, and i ended up deciding to just get a new phone. Aside from how helpful she was (she was so patient explaining things to me!!!), May was super fun to talk to and when my phone was being diagnosed we talked about some super cool stuff!!! She told me about Apple’s new approach to reducing carbon emissions with the recycled iphone 15 materials and I thought this was so interesting and had no clue that Apple was being so proactive about this :) Thanks for the new knowledge and cool experience!!

Dominic greeted me as soon as I walked into the store. He asked me focused questions about what brought me there. He asked if I had called 1-800-MYAPPLE. (I had not). He told me that they might be able to fix my problem online at home. There would be a two-hour wait time because I had not made an appointment. He was warm and helpful and kind. I came home and called the 1-800 number and got immediate help. The whole issue was resolved in an afternoon. I am thrilled! I wanted to call the manager and suggest that he give Dominic a raise! Such superb interpersonal skills and right to the point on every question.

Rich, my Apple care technician, was excellent. Very efficient and provided me with all of my options in a time-sensitive situation. Thanks!

In a spirit of gratitude and appreciation, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Carly, whose radiant light shone the brightest. The warm and welcoming atmosphere created by everyone at the Apple store was truly remarkable. Carly, in particular, served as my Apple Concierge and provided invaluable assistance with my phone issue. As someone who is more accustomed to traditional methods, Apple products seemed foreign to me. I found myself locked out of my phone, with no recollection of my Apple ID or passcodes. Carly had to wipe my phone clean, and although I must wait until next month to regain access, I remain optimistic.

In my journey to embrace Apple products for my business, the phone was the first crucial step. Even though I am unable to utilize it at the moment, Carly went above and beyond to facilitate the business aspects for me. With Carly's support, I am moving forward while the phone situation is being rectified.

A big shoutout to the employees here and especially the store manager Lou. We had a peculiar situation with an iPhone we bought online. But Lou went above and beyond, helped us figure out and solve the situation. I really appreciate his willingness to help and his generous nature.

I brought a 6 year old MacBook Pro in to get a new battery, and the staff was helpful and very flexible.

After running diagnostics, the laptop was 1% away from being eligible for a battery replacement (even though we were going to pay for it). The manager overrode that restriction and fixed the price. When it came back, 2 days earlier than expected, the price was half what we expected and a number of other unrelated issues with the laptop from fall damage were also fixed.

Wow.

Repair service was fast, and the staff was fast and friendly. They obviously like working there.

Had such a positive experience at this Apple Store! Anijah and Destin were both so kind and provided great customer service. Destin was so patient and friendly while helping me set up my phone. So grateful for his help!

Josh literally put an end to a month of horrible Apple Service experience with my Watch troubles. He took 2 minutes to listen to my concerns, ran some diagnostics, and as a result of him taking the time to troubleshoot, was able to replace my product under warranty due to 2 uncovered issues with the gyroscope and accelerometer. I really appreciate his time and dedication to ending a terrible customer experience.

Dale was amazing. He was kind, knowledgeable, professional, considerate…all you could want from a technician. He solved my problem immediately when I thought I’d be in the store forever. Very patient and an asset to the company. I’m glad I visited.

I brought in my iPhone 12 mini after it shut down and got stuck in reset mode (or whatever it’s called!). Mohammed helped me out and was unbelievably kind through the whole process. They didn’t have the part in stock at this store, but instead of sending me away to find another store, they were able to just replace my whole phone the same day since I still had a few days left on my warranty. Highly recommend this store, and Mohammed especially!

My son has fairly high functioning autism. He is 23 and insisted on visiting the store on his own to have something fixed. The staff was incredibly nice and took great care of him. Thank you! 💙💙💙💙

Great, fast, efficient, and friendly greeters and workers. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. Customer service was awesome. I arrived before my appointment, and they still took me right away. The phone was fixed at the time they told me it would be. Zack, Josh, and I can't recall the greeter. All were great!! I have a Samsung. I was there getting my daughter's phone fixed. They weren't forceful to get me to switch, but they definitely have me ready to switch to Apple 🍎 Keep up the good work. From my experience, I would highly recommend it.

Went to get the new iphone15 pro. There was an issue and I had to come back to the Apple Store to resolve it. I was not very happy about this. The manager Lou was extremely professional and knew exactly what happened and how to fix it. He also apologized for his team member for missing the Apple customer service mark and Lou made it right. Thank you.
