State Farm it is one of the few insurances that are able to deal with homeowner insurances for houses owned by Princeton faculty in joint ownership with Princeton University (both owner and Trustees need to be on the policy). Maria made it very easy to set this up and recommended to do the car insurance with State Farm too, which made both the home and car insurance a surprisingly good deal. She has gone over every detail of our policies on several occasions and given us great advice, making you feel she is really looking out for you. And Kay has helped us extensively with last minute adjustments to our car insurance, making it possible for my son to drive away with his own car right after purchase. Excellent service all around, greatly recommended.

I have been using State Farm from over couple of years for my home and auto insurance. The rates have been very competitive and the service has been excellent. Today , I was at the dealership and wanted to get my car added to the insurance, Keven made it quite simple for me. Jake (at State Farm!) was super helpful with helping us get insurance for our new home. Due to the original age of the home most other insurers would not give us a policy, even though everything is updated, but we were able to get insurance through State Farm and even moved our auto policy over as Jake gave us a great bundle discount. Just switched to State Farm Insurance. What made me leave was first pricing (auto and house bundle), better coverage, and the possibility of building a strong personal relationship with a live representative. In my case Jake Frascella seems like a great match for me. Our first conversation made the difference as were subsequent talks going over my options and making suggestions to fit my needs. I like this personal attention to details and being able to ask questions and get immediate answers. My former insurance company is a very large insurance firm as well but it was beginning to become more impersonal and became nothing more than a "numbers" game where I had few options. Although time will tell if I made the right choice but for now I am very happy to have made the switch.

We have had our car insurance with State Farm for over 20 years and we are very happy with the service. Recently I've worked on a couple of issues including our new car purchased on Friday with Jake Frascella in the Lawrenceville NJ office. I reached him quickly on Saturday morning and he was exceedingly helpful and kind, took all the discounts possible into consideration, explained the updated policy and sent me a line item quote which was very clear and reasonable, and my temporary insurance card. He took time to patiently answer my questions. Buying a new car makes for a bit of anxiety for me, and I was grateful to be able to work with Jake who made the insurance part very clear and calm.
