This is very professional, and knowledgeable Dr. He has done excellent work with my teeth. The secretary is very personable and friendly. Will definitely stay with Dr Szymczak.

I would leave a negative review..this is the most unfriendly office I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with.. absolutely rude on the phone.. secretary answered the phone didn't even announce that they were a dental office and immediately demanded that I identify myself before I could even say anything.... I called back and basically got the same response from the dentist Absolutely unprofessiona..how do these people conduct business. As a new member to the small broadalbin community I'm absolutely appalled by this...

spin the story how you want.. when somebody calls a business and you answer the phone ..who's this.. without even identifying your business and then demand that" I identify myself" in those exact words is absolutely unacceptable.. so of course I'm going to hang up. I called back because I figured I got the wrong number but got the same exact response from the dentist himself.. you're rude and unprofessional and will gladly go elsewhere for PROFESSIONAL service.from your reviews I see im not the only one.

Incredibly rude over the phone and condescending when he tells you he doesn't take your insurance. Grade A jackass.
