My go-to place for all my home improvement stuff. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. Michelle in cash office, and Flooring manager Kim are absolute gems. Takia at customer service is also very helpful and patient. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get home improvement stuff and advice.

We received the most outstanding customer service at the Lowes today. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in a return and purchase of a lawnmower.The personnel at the service desk Fay, Autumn, Ola , and Kim provided not only excellent service but service with a smile and willingness to help in every way.. But the person that went way out of her way was Fay, she made us a faithful Lowe's customer for life. In the past I felt this way about your store , but this confirms my feelings. Thank You.

Lashawna is such a great help I had been calling the store a few times over the past views for a copy of a receipt constantly being told I would get a call back or it was sent to my email but I never received it. LaShawna went above and beyond to exceed me depleting expectations of the store. She made sure my needs were met and is a great role model for her co-workers.

Great visit there on a Wednesday afternoon around 3:30. Perfect time to go. Parking spots available near the entrance. It wasn't crowded inside and the staff was very helpful. The dude in the lumber section was very helpful and made 27 cuts for me. Pretty good prices on lumber and hardware. Very pleased with my experience there. Maybe my best Lowes or Home Depot experience ever.

Had a signage problem that two teenagers at the other large home tool store could not solve, but the man in that area at Lowe’s did answer my question. He knew just what I needed. It was well worth the visit.

I love this store! As a dog trainer, I bring my clients and their puppies into the store for a socialization outing. The pups are always welcome and the employees or dog lovers and never cease to make a fuss over the pups.

We're currently building a kitchen and needed some professional advice on putting it together. Both Patricia and Ken were incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to answer our questions and breakdown where we should begin. Amazing service and patience!

I prefer this Lowe's location over others. The inventory is always stocked well. The employees are helpful when needed but not overbearing like I find home Depot employees. I know that it is their job to offer assistance but sometimes you don't want someone approaching you every few minutes to ask if you need help.

Huge shout out to Chuck!! I came in looking for some tools to get my license plate screwed on but I had no idea where to start. Thankfully, Chuck came to my rescue and even insisted on screwing in the plates for me. It was freezing outside too, but that didn’t stop him from wanting to help! Not only did he take his time to assist me find the right materials but he had such a kind and compassionate personality when teaching me why I’d need specific screws. It was such an awesome experience and I’m so thankful he found me looking all lost at Lowes. Long story short, who ever the manager is they need to make chuck employee of the month, with a raise AND BONUS. Best customer service I’ve gotten in a long time!!

Great team of customer service folks at this Lowes. I left a personal folder by the self check out the other day. Zole called me on my cell to advise the folder was at Customer Service desk. Went there today and Trish, Isaiah, and Berna took time out of their schedules to locate and return it to me. Thanks folks!

I saw few extra nobs..compared to other Lowe's and home Depot

Very happy with Darrel’s customer service and knowledge. I needed to buy a header, stud finder and screws to install a barn door and he was excellent in helping me find all the tools I needed and I surely left feeling far more confident in my project.
