Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I needed a car rental while my car was at the mechanic. Luci and Fatou helped me with setting up my rental. It was a 2022 Chevy Malibu. The interior was clean and it had more than half tank of gas. Luci and Fatou was very professional, nice and very helpful. They made my experience with Enterprise a wonderful and smooth transaction. I would definitely go there again for a rental and I do highly recommend anyone looking for a rental to go to this Enterprise located in Jersey City JFK Blvd.

Went back in October when I was on vacation for the week. For being my first ever car rental experience, it was a pleasant simple experience! I’m not sure if he is still working there, but Josef really went out of his way to meet my expectations. Even offering us a upgrade at no additional cost! Would definitely come back if I’m back in town.

I was pleasently taken care of at this office Mechelle went out her way to keep my rates to a limit and getting extentions (2x) thier customer service is outstanding & very accomidating, going that extra mile fpr you as a client.... literally they took me a few miles away to the shop to pickup my car!

Kudos to Xiomi the manager! Her customer service is outstanding and she is really nice.
They treated me respectfully and I even got a car upgrade. No shady extra charges our of nowhere, everything clear from the beginning. Really nice cars. Easy and fast process to get a car, and the same to return. I Will definitely come back!

This was a really great experience. I needed a car on a moment's notice, to run a few errands while my car was in the shop, being fixed under very stressful circumstances, and they made it easy, quick, and pleasant. I got picked up and taken to the office, they gave me a discount for a better car, the paperwork was quick, when I brought the car back, they drove me home. I will definitely rent from them again if I need to.

I had great experience. Car was clean. Staff was friendly. The location is great. The only thing is that parking lot is so small. When you return the car be careful not to scratch or hit it in the end of your journey. But if you live in Jersey City that shouldn't be a problem. :)

The customer service is superb. Best part is the pickup service is you live within a few miles of this place they pickup/drop you off if you call ahead for free! They are more than happy to swap cars out too if you don't like the vehicle. Payment is very flexible too. The worst part I can possibly think of is waiting for a weekend rental because like everywhere else, those book up fast, so get in early if no reservation!

Side note: The 1 star review was silly. There is a que for weekend reservations even if looks like 6 cars on the lot. If your unsure, call ahead before you rent at a place to know vacancies.

Thank you James for your professionalism and awesomeness! Needed to rent a van for a family event. Reserved a van 3 weeks before the date without a problem. Day of we picked it up with no issues, in and out. James provided us with Exceptional Customer Service and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Avis/Budget gave me a hard time trying to pay with a debit card, even though I reserved a car online with that card. So I took my business across the street. Before I walked into this Enterprise location, I called customer service to check availability and rates. By the end of the call, I had a car ready for me in 30 minutes as long as I brought in a utility bill, pay stub and matching DL in order to pay with a debit card. Once I got there, Hiral was very courteous, professional, and efficient. She upgraded to a much nicer car with a full tank for free, and I was driving off the lot in about 10 minutes. I haven't used Enterprise in many years because their competitors always offered better rates, but I was able to enjoy my 2-day beach getaway thanks to them. Not everyone has or wants to use their credit cards, but because they worked with me they've gained another loyal customer. Thanks!

Well I've been a regular at 3715 Kennedy Blvd Enterprise for almost a year now. Never been disappointed even once. Have always received a stellar service and cars too. Brendan and Chris were outstanding; every time I rented out with them. Good Work Team.

Very helpful and sweet! Service is top notch! After hour drop off also available! James is a really good manager - best experience with enterprise rental so far!

Fast and Easy. Had a car ready within 5 minutes of my arrival. Handled returning very efficiently even though there were many returns at once. Spent no more than 3-5 minutes waiting to get checked out.

Rogie and Felicia were very nice. Made both pickup and drop off quick and easy.

Ibbin Hamilton, is a great guy. Got a two day rental, and the driver worked on that facility, as a trainee is great too. I took a voucher from Discover card but somehow it didn't get adjusted to the cost. Will use it next time.

In short, at times things didn't work. Like when I was returning, the computers were not working. When I went there, they were under staffed but that did not afflict on their quality-of-service.

Will use them again.

I cannot express how grateful I am with everyone that works in this office. The customer service was more then great. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Customer service was beyond amazing. Would be renting again

This place has the best and sweetest staff that I’ve ever encountered. A big shout out to Fatou who always greets with a smile and her customer service skills are impeccable.

Excellent service and excellent staff. Efficient and easy to both get and deliver car. They even drove me back to the hotel that was about 10 minutes drive. Highly recommend this place.
