Our recent visit to bestby was a pleasant surprise. We were in search of a laptop, and the associates at the store made the entire experience worthwhile. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth, and the ambiance of the store itself was quite appealing.

The standout feature of our visit was the exceptional level of customer service. The associates were not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable. They patiently addressed all our queries and concerns, ensuring we had a clear understanding of the various laptop options available, their specifications, and pricing.

Walked in needing new Samsung. No one was working that area of store. Crystal stepped up; volunteering to help me. She knew all of the fancy features of the new Galaxy phones. I bought a Flip plus Otter Box. Thank you Crystal!

This Best Buy store is an electronics oasis! Snagged myself some sweet JBL headphones at a killer price. And let me tell you, the staff made me feel like a total VIP. Trust me, you won't regret checking out this spot for all your tech needs.

I had a remote start installed in my wife's car at this location. A+ experience. The techs were informative, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I would definitely use this location again for any car installation needs.

Great store but I should let people know this information as it did affect me. If you sign-up for the Best Buy Membership, the cancellation works differently from most stores.

If you cancel it, let's say on Month 3, even though you have 9 months left, Best Buy will cancel everything from the time of cancelation as they want you to keep it active for 1 year as there is a higher chance you will forget about the auto-renewal.

Usually when you cancel something they either prorate it or will notify you on the time you have left based on your payment, but best buy operates in their own way and they mis-lead it when signing up.

I always enjoy stopping by here. I still buy blue ray movies. Store is always clean and has a lot to look at

I had a very good experience at Best Buy Shop Madsau Park blvd. Justin helped me finally out! I had a SIM that didn't work/matched with my phone. Neither Total Wireless or Best Buy (phone) customer service good solve the problem but Justin had the rxplanation why it didn't work and had a solution for it!! A BIG 5 star review for him...👌 He saved me 35$.

My Favorite Branc Best they, offers a broad range of electronics and appliances. Knowledgeable and helpful staff members who can assist customers with product recommendations and technical questions. Geek Squad for tech support and installations. That is my favorite branch ever
