I have been going to Dr Y for years. I was referred to him by someone who spoke very highly of him. He went over my health plan, and I had so many issues that my quality of life was so poor. Needless to say, Dr Y has set up a plan for me and I had my first injection and continued to follow his Healthcare plan for me. Dr Y is compassionate and understanding Dr which is hard to come by. He takes the time to listen to you and I am doing so much better and needless to say his staff, his office manager, Merina and Christine the PT Manny the lab tech and the girls that work with him are all awesome. I not only found my number one Doctor Who understands but also feel like family. Thank You Dr Y for all your expertise!!!!!👍

I have had issues that required me to start seeing a pain management physician. That started quite awhile ago and was referred to a few physicians the first physician I saw was very judgmental and that was not what I needed being in pain my quality of life had declined so I was referred to another physician who was a great doctor but his staff were very rude. Having worked in healthcare I couldn’t quite understand how they could be so unprofessional! But I made an appointment with Dr Y and had my first consultation and he was so compassionate and he listened to my issues and concerns at that visit I felt very comfortable and six years ago he became my doctor and my pain with a variety of his treatment plan has changed my life. I've been under pain management care for 23 years now. For 18 of those years I was under the care of 3 different doctors. For the duration of those years my pain level was consistently between a 6 and 10. They were good doctors but not the best. Dr. Dinash Yannamadula is the BEST. Under his care over the last 5 years he has reduced my pain level to 0 to 2 with a variety of treatments. He is truly amazing and a blessing. Also Merina and his entire staff are all the best at what they do, they are all true professionals and wonderful people. Dr. Yannamadula's wisdom and experience are unsurpassed. I was having the absolute worst experience with surgical complications when a surgery became more evasive then expected. The surgeon was of no assistance and I could barely move my arm. After just 1 visit with Dr. Yanamadula my pain was DRASTICALLY diminished and over the next few weeks I was able to perform physical therapy and start to gain mobility of my arm back! His staff starting with Merina is the kindest, friendliest, most caring I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in an office. From checking in to checking out they take care of you and make sure any and all of your needs are met and you are as comfortable as possible. They go above and beyond to get you whatever level of care necessary and will do whatever needs to be done to help. They truly have your best interest in mind. I would not have been able to get out of pain and back to functioning mobility without all of their assistance! Highly highly highly recommend!

Dr. Yanamadula, Merina, and the rest of the staff are a very professional and kind team - treatment here has made a significant improvement in my lingering lower back pain, which has lasted for 3 years and occasionally led to debilitating flare-ups. The awful flare-ups seem to be over, and I am back to hiking and working out again! I appreciate the overall approach to medicine at this office; everything is explained very clearly and I have a good sense of options and my treatment plan. :)

I took my 84 year old Mom with dementia to Dr. Y for tremendously painful sciatica. First, his staff is amazing. Merina is one of the most responsive and caring individuals who walked me through everything administrative. The nurses, desk staff, etc. are all very professional and caring with my Mom. Sometimes in other medical offices people will talk as if my Mom is not in the room just because she has dementia. Everyone at PP&S spoke directly to my Mom, validated her pain and discomfort even though the fully accurate medical information was coming from me. In 6 very convenient visits where Dr Y executed some not too invasive procedures my Mom has gone from being “stuck at home” shuffling behind her quad walker to doing laps around her assisted living several times a day, typically up to a mile. She is doing tremendously. Their follow-up is spot on, sometimes even having “check-in” appointment via video as it was easiest for my Mom. I would recommend anyone who is in pain to see Dr. Yanamadula. A++++

The staff and Dr.Yanamadula are the most caring and accommodating group I have ever dealt with. They go out of their way to make sure you feel better. I would recommend this group to anyone. They are top notch.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yanamadula for about 8 years and he has always gone above and beyond to keep me as comfortable as possible. I have chronic back pain from a very bad vehicle accident and 15 failed back surgeries. The pain management Doctors I have seen before him just tried masking the pain with medication. Dr. Yanamadula has been treating me with procedures like Pain Blocker injections and I have also had Ablations to block nerve pain. Although I still have pain and I’m not yet where I would like to be physically he has continued to keep me ahead of the worst possible pain and is willing to listen and and not just throw medication at the problem. I’m continuing with his treatment plan and I am confident with the treatment plan he has for me I will continue to improve.

Christine is/was amazing! She is very knowledgeable in her field and truly understands what treatment program is best for her patient. I had a positive healing experience with her as my therapist.

Best doctor's office in NJ. Dr. Y goes above and beyond to get the root of your pain and helps work with you to manage it as best as he can. The office staff also go above and beyond to just make the general experience a great one while you are there. The office manager is so positive always smiling and laughing. Truly every person in this doctor's office is amazing they really just want to help people get out of pain. I'd give them 109 stars if I could.

Bianca (Medical Assistant) has been wonderful, im a very nervous person when it comes to having medical procedures and operations. I've had over 14 operations over the past 35 years on my leg, elbow, arm, and appendix. When it comes to back pain I'm sure most of you know its a very hard pain to deal with, it can cripple you at times. Dr Dinash was very positive he could help my herniated disk without having major surgery. Hev was very assuring, and was very thorough in explaining exactly what his plan of action would be. I came to him and his staff on 7/13 with herniation in l-5 ,s-1, along with sharp constant pain in my sciatica,bursa, and numbness in my left leg and both feet. I've had 2 series of shots and epidural which I was very very nervous about. And Merina, who is the do it all in dr dinash office was very comforting in getting me tocalm my nerves. She is very prompt with follow ups scheduling, and very very thorough in her scheduling of procedures, she leaves no stones unturned. Its now a month and a half into my treatment with Princeton pain and spine, and I've noticed a 60% decrease in my back pain, and about 30% less numbness in my feet. This all amounts to me being able to go out for walks with my fiancee and being able to get up out of a chair and bed without a struggle. The next step in my healing process will be in 2 weeks in which dr dinash will do a procedure that hes sure will alleviate the rest of my pain. And relieve some more ofv the numbness in my feet. I've never felt more at home and like part of a family as in do with their entire staff. Their receptionist Bianca is very friendly and is quick to answer your questions, if i could give a 20 🌟 rating i would but only goes as high as 5.

I have to provide an updated review for Dr. Yanamadula as I am extremely grateful of him and his hard-working staff! I have bilateral leg and chronic foot nerve pain. Dr. Y suggested a new course of action of which I found much relief! Unfortunately my insurance keeps denying this treatment which completely relieves my symptoms. He and his superb team have continued to appeal on my behalf numerous times.
I cannot thank Dr. Y, Merina, Jessica and Bianca enough for their hard work & empathy.

Dr. Yanamadula and all the staff at Princeton Pain and Spine are top notch across the board. They are all very professional, caring, courteous and attentive to your needs. Dr. Yanamadula listened and provided me with the care I needed that I didn't get from the first spine Orthopedist I seen.

Merina, the office manager is very friendly and helpful with any and all forms, billing and administrative concerns.

Christine the physical therapist definitely did NOT miss her calling. She provided the proper knowledge of P.T. exercises needed for my rehabilitation. She provides pleasant music and conversation to aid in a P.T. session that's not just a challenge between you and your pain.

Overall the whole staff here is great and all deserve 5 stars. Thank you Princeton Pain and Spine for an always pleasant experience.

On my first visit I needed a wheelchair to get into the office - I couldn't walk. Between Dr. Y's treatment and the follow-up physical therapy with Christine Savela I am up, walking, spinning and horseback riding again. Christine helped me get back on track. Her guidance and treatment were what helped me return to my lifenstyle. Also the at home exercises Christine provided to keep and improve on what we accomplished are spot on.

He is an exceptional physician. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and an expert in his field.
The epidurals & other procedures I get, provide relief for the severe sciatica, neck and arm pain. I couldn’t be more honest when I say I wouldn’t trust Any other doctor to perform any of these procedures that Dr. Yanamadula performs. When I was first diagnosed with Sciatica I felt helpless with the extreme pain. I consulted with Dr. Y, & he proposed a plan. The relief of the Sciatica pain was literally gone after a course of epidurals. I know that this would not be possible with any other physician. Dr. Y also ordered targeted tests for me and made crucial referrals.
His staff is also the best! They have helped me in so many ways. Merina is incredibly sweet, exceptionally helpful & professional. Jessica, is also very sweet, caring & so helpful. Bianca, is always very helpful & is always ready to assist me every time I call! They all work very hard, and this does not go unnoticed. Very happy here!!

This was absolutely the best experience I have ever had with a doctor and office. From the initial phone conversation with office manager, Merina to the care Dr.Y gave me , I can not recommend them enough.
Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I received the care I needed even as far as coming in on a Sunday! I can’t stop recommending this wonderful place.
