Super friendly couple running the store. Prices and food are great ..got a large Italian sub, 6 pack beer and an oversized cookie for $24....sub was fantastic.

Edit: went back the next day for breakfast and it was fantastic!! Super friendly. Large portions and he suggested zaatar which we had.never had before and it was great!!

Edit: we came back again in the Spring for the weekend. Amazing breakfasts!! Wonderful people. So welcoming and full of stories. Wish we lived closer to visit more often.

It was almost closing and she was out of a lot of things so she pulled together the best zaatar and Lebanese rice with chicken shawarma!! Nicest lady!!

After a long trip traveling from Long Island Bahamas, we were cold and hungry. Stopped in and Lola was so welcoming, made me and my daughter Isabella (9 years old) feel right at home. Isabella who is usually quiet, chatted with Lola the entire time she prepared our food. We had a lamb gyro, chicken shawarma and chicken nuggets.. everything was great. Will definitely be back. Lola made me a special breakfast sandwich both days I was there. She took great care to not use salt or oil to accommodate my special diet. I told her what I wanted and she made it to order and both times it was delicious! She even gave me milk for my decaf to take back to the room and did not charge me. I admired a beautiful shell on her counter and she gave me that as well! The sun was shining on us while we were eating outside and she put up an umbrella. Lola is a treasure and a beautiful gift from God! I will be looking for her and her cooking when I return.

If you’re craving some delicious home made Mediterranean food - this is THE place. I got a falafel wrap and it was very yummy. And it only took a few minutes. The owners are the kindest people and I felt very welcome and valued. I wish this place was closer to my house! Definitely give it a try and support this local gem.

Lola is amazing. Felt like family when my wife and 2 year old son went in for sandwiches. Chicken parm sandwich was great, and discovered she also had a bunch of different iced coffees to choose from. Wish we knew about this place the first day of our vacation. Looking forward to going back our last 2 days while we’re staying a block away. Highly recommended!

Delicious, authentic, fresh Lebanese food (although they also serve regular American fare; including breakfast). I just happen to love Lebanese, so this was such a treat!
This is a family owned business ... wonderful people who clearly take pride in the food they make and serve!

This place is a gem. I had the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The homemade yogurt is amazing. Her baklava is so good it should be illegal. The lunches are just as good. Lola is someone who immediately makes you feel like family. This place is a must!

Friendliest people I’ve ever met. So attentive and caring. Best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. I only wish we knew about it sooner so we could have come everyday for breakfast! This will always be our breakfast spot when we come to Hampton beach every year!

Went for a visit with my husband Moises and our two kids. Jimmy and his wife Lola gave us warm greetings and welcomed us like we were guest in their home. The store is very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a Chicken Parmesan sub which was cooked to perfection along with fries and plenty of goodies for the children. Our son Maxton truthfully wanted to stay! The kindest people, with the best food!! This store will meet all your needs from hot food to your everyday convenience.

The best place to stop for breakfast or lunch on the beach. The shop is owned by a really nice family. Their prices are fair and the sandwiches and fried dough were really good. They are super nice people. The guy that made my sandwich saw me walking by the next day and said hi and asked how my sandwich was. If you are out in that area or on the beach, you should go there for food. It's the best place on that boardwalk.

Sandwiches made with love. Great place to grab drinks, snacks and some food while at the beach. North end of Hampton Beach. Lola & Jimmy are two of the nicest people in Hampton!

This is definitely a hidden Gem. It seemed like the locals were very familiar with this place. I'm so glad we stopped in. We got breakfast sandwichs and they were so yummy! It's a family run business they were so nice and very attentive. The food was hot, fresh and you got your money's worth. I highly recommend!

Great food and the nicest people. Falafel was delicious, good chicken parm. Also good place for kids, they have hot dogs, chicken strips and fries and hamburgers for a decent price. Will definitely make this our go to place for our beach lunches.

We stopped in here randomly the other day and I will admit their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good. The store looks a little run down inside, and there are limited seating options (plastic table inside and a few tables outside), but that didn’t bother us too much as we went and sat on a bench near the beach. The owner is super-friendly and he wants to be sure your completely satisfied. I just wish they had bacon as an option on their egg sandwich, as opposed to just sausage or ham. Prices weren’t too bad for being on the Hampton strip. Coffee selections were slightly limited, but good enough to get the day started.

Sweet owners, AMAZING food, great access to beach. Wonderful atmosphere. I'm just mad I was only passing through town and couldn't come back for more! We are excited for our leftovers!

Me and my father were looking for something to have for breakfast today and he heard about this place. It’s almost like a little bodega when you walk in. They have a wide variety of sandwiches and sides. They even have chicken shawarmas, which is kinda like a wrap. If you’ve watched Shelby’s or Tahini’s on YouTube, you know what it is. We all got breakfast bagel sandwiches, sausage, ham, and bacon, egg ,and cheese, and three hash browns. We got onto the beach to eat and the man running that grill or stovetop, whatever he cookin’ on, say this with me: DID NOT DISAPPOINT. Beforehand, he gave me an option of how I wanted my bacon, crispy or medium, so I went with crispy. The crispiness of the bacon, with that egg and cheese, extremely good. The hash browns, I consider them to be slightly better than McDonald’s, haha. If you’re lookin for a breakfast spot while on the boardwalk, this is an option for ya.

I definitely wanna try that chicken shawarma next time!
