I have been very impressed with the service we have received from Mr. Roux and his entire staff since becoming customers several years ago. Their service is ALWAYS helpful and friendly. Additionally, I get a couple of check in calls throughout the year to see if we have any changes in policy to make, or simply to let us know where they feel they might be able to save us a few bucks. I recommend Adam Roux to all of our friends, and I would recommend him to complete strangers, his service is that outstanding.

We reviewed our insurance with another carrier and then shopped around to see if there were better rates. We ended up speaking with Angela who works at this agency. She was very professional and straightforward explaining where we could save on our homeowners and auto policies. We ended up going with All State through this office. I also had to a chance to speak with Adam as well. He also was very helpful and professional. Based on our experience I recommend this agency for insurance. They are straight shooters and don't give you the run around.

As always I’m extremely stoked to be with All State. These guys truly have my back. I can’t think of many industries where having a “brick and mortar/friendly face” isnt a luxury, but it comes standard with Allstate. I chose Allstate not because their rates were the best (but, they were), but I chose it because the staff at my particular location were both laid back and professional. I know I could pick up the phone right now and get them on the line if I needed to, and honestly, that’s not usually the case anymore. Not only that, they won’t need to ask for fancy account numbers to know who I am; these guys operate on a name and face basis. I never knew growing up anyone could feel this “proud” to have found such a great company to trust in. Just wish I could feel this great about my bank... Thanks Adam and Angela! ...and Eric. ;)

I've been with Allstate for over 4 years.They are honest and they provide excellent customer service. I have had no billing or other issues to date.When we have questions or changes to our policies, they are handled promptly and professionally.I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a disaster at my home a couple of years ago when the waterline to my dishwasher burst and I needed to have the entire bottom half of my kitchen remodeled, complete with a new floor. Not one time did this agency give me a difficult time over any issue. The work was done by contractors I trusted and was paid for without a single argument. I have been an Allstate customer for many years and intend to continue with them for all of my insurance needs. In particular, Adam Roux and Angela Healy have provided exemplary service that exceeds other experiences I have had with other agencies.

I recently purchased a house at the young age of 23. Needless to say, I had no idea what I was really doing. My realtor company suggested I go with their friends at another insurance agency, citing their "relationship to one another." Blech.

Anywho, the individual on the phone at that agency was a real turn-off. Kinda fake sounding, took wayyyyy too much interest in me. Ultimately, the rates quoted to me were off and changed dramatically several times throughout the process. I ended up calling a few other companies, including Adam's firm.

Being the millennial I am, I appreciate meeting a bunch of folks who are "real." While being absolute professionals (can't stress that one enough, they took me seriously AND wore matching socks), everyone in the office is incredibly laid back, and perhaps most importantly, excellent at explaining adult things to me without making me feel like a fish out of water while setting foot in their world. Simply put, these guys are cool. Kinda like real-world "The Office" cool. Angela is my "person" and I can call her anytime with questions. She legit rocks and I got beer money just for referring a friend. That's wassup.

Oh yeah, and the price rules! My deductible is minimal while being competitive with the other firms. Overall, I suppose I feel like Han Solo in that I made a bunch of unlikely friends while pretending to be all dispassionate and brooding and STILL snagging some choice rates on my Falcon insurance.
