My Son's school told us about his 8th grade social at the last minute. Since my Husband has never been disappointed when patronizing this store we decided to bring my Son. The Owner was very helpful and accommodating. I give this establishment a 20 out of 10!!!!!

Customer service was down right impeccable. Extremely hospitable and gladly helped me with all my shopping needs. Not to mention the insanely great prices, bought a pair of Timberland Boots for practically half the price of retail! Beautiful store as well, certainly making this one of my main shopping spots.

This particular Super Bello Store located at 1025 Springfield Ave Irvington NJ 07111 is not a reliable or trustworthy clothing store because the staffs in this Super Bello store lost integrity.

I went into this store at about 6:30pm on the 3rd of August 2021 to make a purchase so i dropped my Customized Wallet with all my bank cards and other Credentials to fit on one of the suits, story short, i do not see any of the suits I like so I just pick up a shirt for $40 and pay with cash sine it was just $40 and I left to my car.

When I got back to my car, immediately realized i have left my wallet in the store, I drooped the shirt in my car to go get my wallet, i walk back to Super bello to get my wallet but the store was already close, meaning the store was closed immediately I left the store.

I reach out to the store this morning to tell them i am coming to pickup my wallet which i forgot last night but to my surprise, one of the staff at super bello said they did not find any wallet yesterday and when the store open today which I immediately respond back to him, that that's impossible because i drove just from my house to their store, I never stopped at anywhere just from my house to their store and I'm 100% sure i came into the store with my wallet, so i told the staff we don't need to start arguing, Please review your store camera and let's confirm who is lying, they did not review the camera but giving unnecessary excuses.

I went to the precinct to file a report because i knew we definitely going to court on this matter, i have the time and i will spend the money, i will definitely use the last drop of my blood to get justice to proof the staffs of super bello wrong that i knew what I am saying, my wallet is in their store.
