What a great little place! They handled our group of 16 for breakfast with 5 star service and food! Full disclosure we had called ahead with such a large group. The waitress was on top of things and handled all the breakfast orders extremely smoothly. Not a minor accomplishment for such a large group all ordering different meals. If ever in the Ashland NE area a great place to eat!

We had a wonderful brunch at the charming Cheri O's! The banana split was absolutely delicious and the hot chocolate was warming and comforting. I got lunch to go and it was beautifully arranged in the box. They have a few tables outside; there are several separate seating areas - perfect for gatherings! They also have a good selection of gifts.

Really nice restaurant/shop and Ashland only got chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream cone which was really good. Waffle cone and prices were pretty fair I believe 3.90 for one scoop in a waffle cone. They also have banana splits and other food items in addition to ice cream and also coffee. Really cool and interesting Decor throughout the shop I went upstairs into Harold's and Thelma's basement which was a really cool party room with the records on the wall and a comic book. I believe to be theme for the 1940s. There is also a shop that had t-shirts and all types of other fun decor. It's definitely a place worth checking out if you're in the Ashland area

Support your LOCALLY owned businesses. Long story short we were doubled charged accidentally and it was rectified quickly. Tremendous service. We need to keep our small businesses alive.

What great food and ice cream! It seemed pretty busy when I stopped in for lunch. There was just one young woman working but she was doing a great job juggling the walk-ins for ice cream and the sit down lunch crowd.

Only near the end when a crowd of 10 folks came in did service start to slow down. I didn't have anywhere to be so it wasn't a big deal to me but I could see others were irritated.

All in all I'm glad I stopped in and I'll have to stop by again the next time I go to Mahoney.

LOVE going and sitting at Cheri O'S! So nice and relaxing! They have a very kind staff working! My kids love seeing the highschoolers that work their! I'm not much for trying new foods but I've tried different things there and have not been disappointed ever!

Very interesting place. Have a lot of nostalgic items. The food was good. I had the UFO special. There is nothing else like it.

I love this restaurant so much, it’s a very quiet friendly place with really good food. I personally like the turkey cranberry croissant. Their ice cream is amazing and customer service is always great.

Great small town cafe with amazing ice cream. The sandwiches were not huge, perfect for a light lunch. The salad was surprisingly large though! The staff came around frequently to check on drink levels and making sure everything was good. We have an egg allergy in the family and couldn't find the ingredient list for their ice cream so the person working the counter pulled the entire tub out of the freezer so we could read it and even put all the food packaging out so we could build a dessert everyone could enjoy. The prices were good for the serving size. Highly recommend.

Happy to see my favorite sandwich (turkey cranberry croissant) and the wonderful homemade potato salad still on the menu. Server brought a complimentary sundae to the birthday girl at our table. Great food and great service!

This small town legendary eatery's strength is it's simple charm. Food was unique and delicious, the local patrons friendly, and the wait staff informative and happy.
