They had amazing service and were able to help me find what I was looking for. I really like the curbside pickup service. I would totally recommend going here if you are looking to buy any new appliances or maybe even a video game for a younger family member

Best Buy in Nashua is a better place to buy electronics. They have a big selection of stuff like phones, laptops, and TVs.

The people who work there are friendly and can help you find what you need. Plus, they often have good deals, sales and better offer than apple stores.

It's a cool place to shop for all your tech needs, and you can trust them for quality products and helpful service.

Thank goodness this big box store has been a survivor. I hope they continue to have success.

July 22, 2022 was a different shopping experience because the store is undergoing major interior renovations. Should be interesting, as there was so much hustle and bustle by both employees and numerous contractors.

Went to pick up and air fryer and decided to browse the store w/ my little ones. I swear we're there for hours because it was just so much fun lol. Surprisingly for an electronic store my kids and I really enjoyed ourselves meaning there's more to this store than just electronics!

Bought a Sony Bravia TV a few weeks ago, Tom did a great job going over the comparisons to other TVs and soundbars. I also had them do the delivery and installation . Rafael and Carlito did an awesome job with the installation. Going over the details and how to level it, if it needed it. Showing me the basic details of the new TV and soundbar.

I don't know why everyones complaining about pickups not being ready in an hour when they don't understand the behind the scenes of getting orders ready. If you think you can do the curbside pickups better than the employees can, then go work there OR just go find your product on the shelf. SMH, they got Roadie and other delivery orders to fulfill fools. Do better with your complaints or don't complain.

Mr.blackshirt CHRISTOPHER from Samsung was beyond informative and helpful on January 27th 2024 along with the dude who has a tattoo sleeve he was training. I think it was Dan? These two are Amazing examples of customer service who didn't get annoyed with us and just kept providing excellent service. Incredibly knowledgeable and informative on all electronic subjects. Radios, phones, Ps5s, pre-ordering electronics. I know they're technically a separate entity from Best Buy but they deserve some recognition. Thank you

The place has plenty of parking. The store is well organized and the staff are welcoming. And they know their products. Since it was December 23rd, I went in expecting a long, frustrating visit. It was quite the opposite.

We purchased an Insignia 40" Amazon Fire TV for $199.00 with a $100.00 savings.
It was light enough for me to carry out to my vehicle and into the house to set up.
Only thing to remember that we were not aware of was that we can not use our Xfinity channels on the Fire TV. So local channels are not available.
But the FREEVEE channel does provide numerous channels we did not have with our basic channel lineup on Xfinity.
We can get up to date news from local channels via their apps on our phones.
As well as no sports, but that's okay as we are just casual sports watchers anyway. We refuse to pay $$$ for any extra apps. As we can watch highlights of lots of games after they have happened -- again we are just casual sports watchers.
We placed the wider TV on a center speaker and I made a longer base for the TV to sit on, as it is in the corner of the room -- no wall mounting for us.
Lots of free apps but you need an Amazon account to get them.

Great customer service with a prior purchase and resolution to the issue. An added bonus…they actually had an item listed on sale IN STOCK! Not the typical bait and switch from other retailers of electronics.

I went to Best, Buy on DWH Nashua N H . To purchase a Tile to find my TV remote. It was not on the shelf. But in stock on the website. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and went out of their way to find it so that I was able to purchase it . Always have great service at this store

Great store for pretty much anything you need in the electronic world of technology. I needed a printer for work and found one no problem and was on sale for a great price. I didn’t even have to find someone for help that how easy it was to find the printers and get one. I purchased the Canon TR4700 series all in one printer. I love the thing!!!

I worked yesterday with an associate named Adi (I could be wrong) (blonde young woman with bar cartilage piercing)she was excellent and helped me through every step of activating my new phone. It was a lengthy process but she never left my side or was annoyed having to wait with me. She made me feel comfortable. Thanks Adi ( I think!)

Can’t go wrong with Best Buy. Although this locations parking lot is a bit cramped but other than that it’s a good store.

Really like the new layout of this best buy. Note that the lower garage is not accessible by elevator at this time for some reason. Parking on the street level is a bit tight due to reserved spaces for pickup spots. The staff were super friendly and very knowledgeable and took their time to answer all our questions about the product we were asking about.

We wanted to leave a great review for Jared who was incredibly helpful to my husband (and his many questions) what a wonderfully helpful employee! Nashua store had it all over Salem!!

They helped me with the purchase of a Google Pixel 8 Pro and were willing to go above and beyond in their efforts to assist me.

Believe it or not I don't think I've shopped at a Best buy in years ,but I went online to see if they had a modem I was looking for. They not only stocked it ,but price matched the same one from Walmart saving me $19. and I trip to that's further away.

The salesman couldn't be more helpful at the Concord store. He ordered from another store down near Nashua. We went directly to that store, and after a 1/2 I got the computer that was ordered.

I buy all my electronics here from tvs to computers and stuff in-between great people very knowledgeable

Best buy in Nashua. New Hampshire is a nice store and of course they have many different products, electronics and appliances. But all the people are very friendly there and so I really like that. Last time I was there was looking for a small apartment dryer. You know like the small type that would be for one person or two people. Maybe they didn't have it in stock and the one they had I didn't purchase cuz it wasn't The brand name that I wanted but still it was a good experience there and everybody's pretty helpful if he ask for someone to assist you with something.

As another note: I didn't check out their bathrooms cuz you know if someone's in there show up and they might have to use the restroom and I forgot to check that out cuz that's kind of an important thing for me. Got to have a nice updated clean bathroom. If you going to host guests in your establishment. I'll take a look at it next time and update my review.
