This dealership has the best customer service I’ve ever seen from a car dealership. They go above and beyond to help you. If they don’t have something on the lot they will find it for you. Kruz and Tyler have been phenomenal to work with, the communication from them is Top Notch! I am very happy with my new truck! Thank you again Zoellner Ford! You guys are the BEST!!

Made an inquiry about a truck I saw on Autotrader. Spoke with Dennis. Dennis was interested and treated me as well as if I had walked into their showroom. Entire sales process was handled virtually, and was fast, easy, transparent, and professional. This is the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Zoellner the owner called me to make sure everything was going OK. Vehicle was delivered to me in Arkansas from Nebraska. Don drove it down and briefed me on the vehicle before handing it over. Great guy, great job.

I drive vehicles until they die. I needed a new vehicle and was interested in a truck that would be the safest for me to operate and a lease to buy option. Both the salesman and manager were very friendly and explained everything, including my many questions. During the next few days, I called with additional questions which were answered promptly! I have purchased several vehicles over the years with several dealers. This is by far the best experience ever and coming from a baby boomer, that is saying something. I look forward to continuing my experience in the years ahead!

This is my business and yes I use them, they are awesome! From the appointment made from the Suzy-sunshine receptionist to the warm welcome and understanding of my neeeds, the team proceeded to fix my vehicle as discussed and on time. For free they washed my vehicle, vacuumed and wiped the inside windows all part of the service. They check my alignment also everytime I drive in. They thoroughly go through the details of my service with me and have the vehicle ready when promised. All for a great competitive price. They are all great at what they do and I’m proud to call them my team. 😊
