Our real estate journey began in 2004 when my husband and I purchased a home in Oconto, NE. Doug was so wonderful to work with that he and BHA became our real estate go to.

Though the house in Oconto did not end up being our perfect home, Doug and BHA became our perfect realtor.

We moved from Oconto. My husband began work in Lexington Nebraska. A few years later I ran across a nice all electric home near the hospital. That house was for sale by owner. I called Doug and asked him if he could help us purchase that home. Doug helped us get into house number 2.

Doug asked me to remember him if and when it came time to sell our Lexington home. I can tell you, we never forget people who treat us right. Doug and BHA didnt make anything off the purchase of our Lexington home. Doug and BHA were there to help us when life issues forced us to look for a bigger home.

I phoned Doug when our grandchildren came to live with us. We needed at least a 5 bedroom home at a good price. Doug helped us get into a five bedroom home. Doug and BHA never judged us. They never looked down on us. Doug has become a very good friend!

Our grandchildren have gone home to their mother. It's been over 5 years. Our life has seen some pretty tight spots. My husband is getting ready to retire. We decided it was time to make one last move. 5 bedrooms was just too much house. I called Doug!

It's time to down size. We looked at so many homes this time. Doug made our final move so much easier. He scheduled our home viewing around my husband busy work schedule. Of course, our decision to sell fell in line with Covid-19. Doug went into every home we looked at. He remained professional. He did his job! He never made lame excuses as to why we couldn't look at any home.

Doug helped us find our perfect smaller home. BHA and Doug have been right there ready to assist us through every part of life. We have never thought of using any other real estate agency. Why would we! BHA and Doug have never let us down. Doug will be selling our old house for us. We wouldn't have it any other way! We love the folks at BHA. Especially Doug!
