Brendan is the best "Verizon guy" I've ever dealt with. He came to my rescue a couple months ago when our business account was messed up . He patiently straightened EVERYTHING out and it wasn't an easy task. It's all good now.
I was in last Sunday as my iphone crashed into never never land and again Brendan was there to help. He was patient and diligent on guiding me through my options He sold me my new phone and accessories as well as made sure I retrieved my contacts and was extremely thorough in explaining every detail. Thanks to him and not sorry I hugged him at the end!! : )

I was there yesterday afternoon the workers were so friendly and super helpful! feel bad for them for dealing customers who act like toddlers, because I witness something awful yesterday. Keep up the good work <3.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for several years, been to several different stores and this one was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. The employees name was Adam Blackwell. I was there to upgrade my phone and made a mistake with the online purchase. As soon as I walked into the store, Mr. Blackwell was right there to greet me with a smile and knew exactly how to help me with my purchase. He did not overwhelm me like some salespeople do, he was very kind and extremely personable. Even helped me pick out a phone case and screen protector and offered to apply the screen protector for me. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and could not be happier. I Will absolutely go back to this store in the future because of him. 10 out of 10 stars.

As always, I got excellent service at my local Verizon store. Junior, who has helped me before, was extremely helpful, as everyone has been there for me. Everyone is always very patient with me when I need extra help.

Wanted to share how helpful and kind Aidan was. I bought an IPhone and an IPod today. He explained the whole process and gave me a time estimate of how long this would take. He was very clear in his explanations. Aidan, also went over my options and costs so I could make an informed decision. He made me feel comfortable with my purchases. Excellent service!

My husband and I sincerely appreciated the time Aiden spent with us to explain all the options to upgrade a phone. Adam also was very helpful in resolving a misunderstanding from a few months ago. Both Aiden and Adam were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall a better service I have had in my 15 year experience with Verizon.

Great service! My phone was locked in a TalkBack feature that I didn't know about, and the service rep was able to get it turned off within a few minutes, allowing me to use my phone again.

Went there to set up a new phone along with a new phone line. The workers were both busy with something already but regardless I was helped right away. The worker did a very good job (thank you Aidan!), one of the workers had left, the worker helping us was doing a vey good job, I noticed it got busy throughout our visit but he handled it very well despite that, doing the job of two! Very good customer service! Thank you again! Most definitely will come back!

Michael helped my husband and I switch over our phones. We had both our kids with and he was great at letting them draw pictures while he switched phones over! Great customer service and knowledge on what we needed!
