Got my ears pierced here today and Elsa did a wonderful job! She was soo nice and welcoming!! They have such cute jewelry with great deals!!!! We love Elsa

I had a great experience at lovisa. Chloe made me feel very welcomed and helped me find the perfect earrings. The earrings are great quality for the price and the return policy is expected and fine by me.

The staff are always friendly and helpful here, and the products seem nice too. I wish they marked on the jewelry a bit better what they are made out of, sometimes I couldn't find it and with allergies that can be an issue

I was impressed by the selection and prices!! I will most definitely go back!!

Really great selection of jewelry!
Most of the staff is super nice and attentive, but today there were 4 people in the store and the 2 women working were just sitting on their phones. Nobody talked to me until 10 minutes later when I checked out. That’s the first time since they opened that’s happened, otherwise I’ve always received great service.

Always love stopping in this store.
Prices are great and a wide selection.
It says on receipt “no returns” for many of the items-understandably so. I do agree with needing that to be communicated to customers beforehand.

I will say, they need more staff as I’m never greeted or helped when I’m in the store

Check prices before purchasing items!!! My daughters and I purchased earrings thinking they were on sale but they were not, came back to return them an hour later and was told they were not returnable even though I had just bought them. The sale signs are deceiving and we will not be back.

Whatever girl that worked last night 2/14/24 was thee most rudest person. It was almost comical how mean she was, because how does she even have a job working with ppl! She was probably angry nobody wanted to take her out for Valentine’s Day! Lol but can you blame them!? :D Store seemed awesome, but I didn’t even feel comfortable spending anymore time than I did in there.

AWFUL - Can I give this zero stars? Bought a lovely bracelet today and asked for a receipt - no eye contact - was told 'Out of paper'. Couldn't they hand write a simple receipt? I suppose if the gift is returned I will only receive store credit? No thanks. Rude staff.

When you call their phone, it goes directly to voicemail so it’s impossible to get ahold of them. I then drive 35 minutes there to get my daughter’s ears pierced and get told there’a not a piercer in today. Waste of time and unprofessional.

Many great options but I refuse to buy from this store. I come in multiple times in the last year and never get greeted or asked for help. When I do, the co workers look at each other like it’s a big deal and roll their eyes. I was just in there and wanted some gold hoops, they just stared at me and continued to go on their phones. I threw away my empty drink cup in their garbage and one girl told me to dig into the garbage and take it out since it is “too heavy” for the garbage. She handed me the garbage can. I just looked at her in dis belief and she grabbed out my empty drink cup for me and said “we don’t allow that in our garbage since it rips”. She dug into the garbage to hand me my empty cup back. Miserable. The Ridgedale mall had only one person on staff on one of the busiest weeks of the year, so we had to wait quite a long time in the crowded store while the single staff member helped long lines of people at the cash register. She was swamped, but she was super nice and handled it like a pro. I asked why the short-handedness, she mentioned some scheduling confusion but wasn't really sure why.

I had to spend $15 on their overpriced piercing solution because the store was out of the smaller bottles. The store had been unable to process gift cards since November, so there was that. Due to some unpleasant confusion about the clearance section, I ended up just paying full price for the item. I would strongly suggest displaying the regular-priced merchandise apart from the clearance stuff.

It took the staff member two punches to pierce a hole in one of my daughter's ears. OUCH. She mentioned something about the gun mishandling, but it was very clear that **this business does not adequately train their employees.** Not the sales girl's fault, but since piercing is a medical service, **proper measures need to be taken.**

Lovisa? YUCK. Needs drastically improved management. Would definitely not recommend.
