I was a broken down motorist in Lexington, Nebraska. I had a 1981 Nu Wa RV. Had electrical problems. He diagnosed it and fixed it in one day. I highly recommend his business !!!! He was reasonable and i cant say enough good things about this business !! Thank You VERY MUCH RYAN !!!!

My brother had made an appointment 2 weeks ahead for his truck to be worked on. The day mcfadden was supposed to work on it didn't happen. 4pm came around so my brother gave them a call to ask if his truck will be done before they close at 5? The lady said that they haven't gotten to it. My brother asked why didn't anybody give him a call? She laughs and says I don't know. Not professional at all. Will not be doing business with them. Setting up an appointment 2 weeks ahead is not rushing. Communication is something you need to work on. Your comment proves you are unprofessional. Plus you had said that it would take around 4 hours to do what you needed to do. If you didn't want to do it then don't set up appointments you can't handle.

Never will I go back. Terrible communication. They quoted me a price and ended up paying more only to find out that’s not what they fixed. Had to go back in and pay more to get the part I needed fixed! The part they did do was not necessary for what I was getting fixed. They did it without my knowledge. And told me I was not a mechanic, I’m not but just the way they handle the situation was not business like. They didn’t care, they didn’t acknowledge how can we make this better or anything like that. I paid more there than what dealership was going to cost me. Definitely not happy!!

Horrible service! Do not recommend. Broken promises, lack of communication, does not care, takes advantage of the elderly. Do not agree to take on projects you don’t want, can’t handle, or just simply are too much. Way too much money given for nothing done. What a waste! After several in person visits to followup on progress to determine status of when project was to start….a year later, no progress.

Then don't be setting up appointments if you can't follow through. You couldn't afford me.
