What an excellent experience, we arrived to buyout the lease on one vehicle and James met us at the door in sub zero temps. He was so friendly and helpful and the whole process was so fast and easy. He also introduced us to Jeff who was also amazing!! We came in with one vehicle and went home with two!! As a General Manager in the hospitality industry,I can tell you these two gentlemen were true customer service stars!!

Sugarloaf always goes above and beyond to help you out they never question when a part is broken. Hi carry a Lincoln premium care warranty on my 2020 Lincoln MKZ they know exactly what that premium coverage covers so they schedule an appointment tell me that it'll be in when they say it's going to be in and it is and they know for fact that my warranty will cover it unlike the previous place I went to. If you ever dealt with Dahl Ford in Onalaska Wisconsin with your Lincoln I highly suggest switching to Sugarloaf. You won't know what hit you being treated like a king and not asking to be but that's how they treat you they have the best customer service around. My trust is totally lost with the previous dealership in Onalaska Wisconsin and I'm so happy that I moved on over to Sugarloaf Lincoln and Winona Minnesota I wish I had done it earlier when I had my 2016 Lincoln MKZ. I'm sure I would have suffered less drama than I did with the previous dealership. So whatever you do if you go to Sugarloaf or you're thinking about going there just go don't even consider anything and I don't ask of Wisconsin they aren't worth your time.

Mr. Jim Abeyta and Mr. Pete Onsgard helped me with my first pony purchase and i have never been more impressed by the quality of service the transparency and the extra miles these gentleman went through to accommodate me i am so thankful. Ford Motor definitely have two great people representing them. Definitely will be back. Great work gentleman.

I recently had them fix a dent and paint my door. They helped me so much with dealing with the insurance company of the person who dented my car and just made me feel like I was important as a customer. Then to my surprise they also detailed my car. The paint matched up perfectly with the rest of my car. The communication was outstanding, and they were fast. If I could give more stars I would.
