I am very pleased with my purchase experience with GMS, LLC. I purchased a special pill holder and paid extra for fast shipping. It arrived very quickly and am very pleased. Most deliveries today are taking so long. I felt it was worth paying for extra ship. Would purchase from them again.

Recently purchased a vitanizer for my mother and needed some help with a few questions. Finally fot the item in just 3 days! It was perfect for what we needed! If you ever need help just call them, trust me you will be helped!

Glad that they followed up on my request, but still have not received the product in 2.5 weeks and am now asking for a refund and ordering from another provider.

Customer service reps are really rude even online. Will never buy from them again.

Bad service. They sell products without free return. I bought their product with $40. But it's too small as I think. So I have to return immediately after I got it. So I have to return it, but it's not free return. And when I bring it to post office they said I have to pay $25 for shipping. So crazy. I hate this company

The idea behind this product really is great, and it works really well ... at first. I have actually purchased 2 of these - the first one failed within a few months, and I bought a second one while I waited for the first one to be repaired or replaced. But then this second unit started having the same problem - the alarm would go off, an "Err" would display, and it wouldn't rotate to dispense the pills! This can actually put someone in a very serious medical predicament if they can't get to your pills - it is very dangerous and potentially life threatening.

No problem - the first unit that failed had been replaced and I kept it as a spare. So I transferred all the pills to that unit and set it up. And much to my shock, it had exactly the same issue! The alarm would beep, "Err" would display, and it wouldn't dispense the pills! I triple-checked the batteries (which were fine), manually dispensed the pills, and waited for the next alarm. Again! Same problem. Now I have two of these units that don't function properly, and at almost $80 each, they should!

I tried calling GMS customer support and I never got an answer. I left a message, and didn't get a call back. So I eventually called again (for teh umptieth time) selected their "accounting" option when I called and I reached someone there that then connected me to a "customer service" agent, Elvia. Elvia was very pleasant to speak to, and she pleasantly told me that as I had not sent back the warranty cards, there was no warranty! Okay ... I was shocked. Even though they had a complete history of my purchases, they would not cover them under warranty since I did not complete the online registration or send in the warranty card! This was unheard of to me. I asked Elvia if they could repair one of the units while I eat the cost of the second, and she politely informed me that the only thing they can do is sell me another one (that would be the FOURTH unit) - there was no compromise, no goodwill, no negotiation, no nothing. Just the option for me to buy another one - I was flabbergasted. Well, that will never happen - never again.

I would never recommend buying one of these, especially if you have critical pills scheduled (such as heart medications, etc). As I said, the concept is nice, but product doesn't last and the company doesn't stand behind it like any normal company.

In summary, a good idea, a bad product, and a terrible company.

You cancelled the order as you didn't have the inventory so there is nothing for me to review. Asking for a review after not delivering is, perhaps, foolish.
