North Fork Custom Meat and Processing

Had some goats processed here. They did a great job and the product was handled great. They worked my schedule and my order was complete in a timely manner. I was late to pick up my order, no fault of theirs, and they held it for me no problem. Staff was polite and eager to help. I will happily do business with them in the future.

Called around to many shops and deside to order our double smoked Easter ham from North Fork. On average they were over $2.00 less per pound. The ham was absolutely the best ham I have ever had. (And that's alot of hams for this old fat girl). Keep up the great job we will be back.

Just picked up a 1/4 Beef from here, and I can say the meat is Excellent, the steaks have excellent marbling, and are Very tender. The Burger is also nice and lean, can’t wait to try a Roast soon. Neil and his his crew did a Fantastic job, everything was packaged and labeled nicely, Don’t hesitate getting your meat from Northfork Custom Meats, you won’t be disappointed. thanks again Neil we will see you for our next 1/4 Beef !

This is a small hometown butcher shop ,pork chops were 1.99 lb. Can't beat that price and they looked very fresh we also bought some peppered bacon and beef sticks they had a good selection of different flavors . The T-bone steaks looked amazing . Not a huge selection but what they had looked fresh and worth trying. Oh! one more thing they were very kind and polite .

Stopped at North Fork Meat Market today with my son to check the place out and like most small town meat markets you'll find your necessary essentials behind the clear glass chill box, beef sticks, chops, steaks, burgers brats. Nothing new there, what made this the place I woll be considering now for butchering and processing my hogs, it was their attitude. Ive had hogs done all over. Some amazing some kinda mediocre. The owner himself came out to assist me with my request of ground beef, it was ground right there while I was waiting chatting with his wife. She had the scheduling and prices for me. Great prices. Worth the driving too dam good meat. Ate burgers tonight on the Weber and their meat was so soft, so fresh, and so fricking good ot worth the drive. Thank for spending the time and can't wait to put in our order and see why people can't get enough.

I always get beef sticks, freshly sliced thick cut bacon and a pig's ear for my dog.

Everything is superb! So delicious and flavorful. Sometimes I will get an additional item, just because it looks way too good not too.

My poochie can't eat most treats because they just don't agree with him. He loves the ears and has never had an issue with them. I learned they only smoke the ears, no additional ingredients, so... perfect.

Staff is diligent and friendly. Good to banter with.

The store is clean and organized with well stocked cases with a good variety.

I would definately recommend stopping in and checking them out.

Had a pig butchered there and was a great experience. Neil was helpful and gave recommendations on what he would do for various cuts or products. Packaged nicely and they loaded it in my truck for me. Had some bacon and pork chops already and very happy!

We pick up processed beef from here, and they do such an amazing job. Packaged well, help bring it out to the vehicle, and are very pleasant to work this! Thanks guys!
