Bernie and Josh at the Rosemount store were very knowledgeable. I got a great deal when I went upgrade phones and Bernie even found a deal for upgrading my in-laws phone. He went through our current bill and saved us money while finding new deals. Great to work with.

Had a great experience with Bernie and Alex at the Rosemount store. Switching over phones is never fun, but they took the anxiety out of every step and made it a simple smooth process. Also reviewed billing and got us on to a plan that fit all our needs and saved us money. Kind, patient and friendly!

Carter at the Rosemount store was fantastic. After my horrible service at the apple valley location we went to rosemount. Carter was so helpful and explained everything without pushing. He helped me get a new phone and change our plan to benefit us better. I highly recommend Carter at the Rosemount location for all your Verizon needs. Hands down best experience at Verizon I’ve ever had and we’ve had Verizon for over 20 years.

Alex, Jarod, and Carter were awesome!!!! My phone was being very difficult to deal with every new step we had to take, but they stuck with me and figured it out. Carter offered excellent service as I changed from Android to the new Apple IPhone 15 and added Verizon home wireless internet. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly for me as an older woman - PATIENT!

My wife and I went in to get her a new phone on Saturday morning. The guys working there did a great job. We were there for over 3 hours due to her iWatch not being updated in over a year and pairing with the new phone, but they were attentive and sympathetic for our long wait. They made sure the job was done right as well.

I purchased an IPad Aire on the Verizon website.
Upon setting it up, my phone no longer accepted phone calls. I went to Verizon store
in Rosemount. Carter went above and beyond to not only help me with Verizon account with regard to my recent purchase but also getting my phone back up and running. He stayed well past closing and had Verizon IT fix their mistake.

We had bad experienced before at Verizon Rosemount and we ended up going to Verizon IGH for years.
We've been going back and forth at Verizon Rosemount for couple of years and we always had a fast and excellent experience.
Today Josh is very helpful and very nice to us, I brought my own case and screen protector and he offered to put it on my new iPhone.
