HOM Furniture

HOM Furniture has been my go-to place for quality products with reasonable prices. Just today I helped a friend picking up a mattress from Plymouth location. Max, the staff member there, has been helpful imparting his knowledge of different mattress types to help my friend to decide. He has been friendly and patience too. A big thank you to Max!

The first time I came here to buy a mattress, I met Scott, a very patient salesperson. Although I only know a little English, we also communicated happily through the translation software. He also explained the functions, features and uses of this mattress to me in detail. Thank you very much for his patient, careful and professional introduction. Until the lights in the mall were turned off, he was still very responsible for accompanying us to the end. Thank you!

Joey helped us find some rugs for our home and did a fabulous job in getting the right color combo to work with what we wanted. Trust him and he will steer you in the correct direction to make you happy. Back for a third purchase, and had an enjoyable experience again.

I called to inquire about a couch I saw online and was interested in purchasing. I was given to Clint to speak with. Currently I'm not physically able to come come into the store to try out the couch but have looked at a lot online and read a lot of reviews. I told Clint what I was looking for and while I was on the phone he went over and tried out the couch and told me his thoughts. I was able to ask him questions and he gave me honest answers. I did end up purchasing the couch (2 in fact!). Never at anytime during the call did I feel any pressure from him to purchase or buy anything I didn't want to. He was very honest and took care of me like a valued person instead of seeing me just as another sale. It was a very good buying experience. I will continue to shop with them in the future.

I would like to say thank you to Scott Rosenthal for his outstanding customer service with my recent purchase. I moved my mom from out of state and had to purchase all new furniture for her apartment. I was overwhelmed at doing this and Scott was amazing at listening to what I needed and working within my budget. He had really good suggestions even looking at the floor plan and guided me on every step and thinking of things I did not. He met with me several times and did not rush my purchase. Thanks for your time Scott.

We worked with DJ in Bloomington for hours looking at everything in our price range and he was so patient and knowledgeable. We ended up finding a clearance minor paint spatter "cashmere" full power duel recliner sofa at triple mark down in Plymouth location. The salesman there was also patient and showed us three he thought we might like when the drexler wasn't what we hoped for. Right place and time for insane price. Be sure to check the clearance area when you go. Full leather not fake was there also under a grand but we could not agree on it. Highly recommend shopping with this chain. We went to all the furniture stores this week and him / dock 86 is the best for selection, cost, and sales people.

I recently shopped at the Plymouth location & was serviced by Don D. He was beyond incredible! He sold me a mattress & bedframe that initially wasn’t working. He made sure to have it serviced before delivery, even having a rep from Temperpedic come out to personally resolve the issue. Don is a stand up guy who makes sure he delivers quality products. I’ll most def shop with him again!

We had a great experience working with Cody Waters on the purchase of a king mattress. Cody is extremely knowledgeable about all the mattress options available and listened to what was important to us. Cody followed up with us and made the process very smooth. Thank you Cody!

Clint from the Plymouth location was very helpful in our selection of a new couch for our living room. He provided great insight to the durability of the product and fabric choices. Looking forward to delivery!

I had such a good experience with buying a chair, Matt was helpful, and what a great personality he had , he made the whole experience nice for me and a friend that came with. I would definitely recommend him and Hom store ❤❤❤❤ received my chair today 11/13 the two men were so delightful and helpful, they took off those hard plastic casters on the legs which scratch the wood floors. And put on floor savers for me hat’s off to them. So professional 👍👍👍👍👍

Area Rug
We worked with Joey Henzlik to pick out our area rug and he was incredible! By just talking to us and getting a feel for what we were looking for based upon rugs we liked and didn’t like, Joey was able to quickly show us rugs that fit our style and color choices. Joey then worked with Brady Kirchner (who helped us with our living room furniture) to help us pick out the best fabrics for our furniture. Joey’s input for color, textures, and rug quality was invaluable and we were impressed with his expertise, and creativity. Plus he was fun to work with!

Furniture
Brady Kirchner was instrumental in our living room furniture selection. Not only did he provide good insight and recommendations, but he also was extremely patient and accommodating as our project changed from choosing basement furniture to choosing living room furniture. Brady was an excellent communicator who kept us informed of when we would be receiving the estimate and efficiently and patiently reworked it when we decided to go with a different set and configuration of furniture. He also worked with us to narrow down our fabric choices to coordinate with our area rug before we all met with Joey to perfect our choices.

Highly recommend working with these two professionals at HOM Furniture! Great experience!

HOM has a large variety of quality furniture at affordable prices. I looked at numerous furniture stores for just the right chair for my living room; not too small not too large. I found it at HOM. The staff make sure you know they are there to help, but they are not overbearing or pushy whatsoever. I really appreciate being able to browse by myself while shopping. When I was ready to make a purchase, Scott was right there. He was friendly, efficient and expedient.

Jae was very good to work with. She stayed with me through several months as my project progressed, periodically letting me know of current & upcoming sales. She was very helpful in selecting my carpeting, sending samples, and giving opinions when asked. I would totally recommend working with Jae.

We bought some new furniture from Steve Larson at HOM in Plymouth and it was a great experience. He was very helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile for us when trying to decide on our final pieces that we bought. We buy all of our furniture from HOM because of their large selection of furniture and accessories and the great people like Steve that work there. We recommend HOM and Steve 100%!

We have purchased flooring from HOM Furniture in the past and are well pleased. Jae Starry was our salesperson, she was very helpful in researching the carpet that we liked and following through with documentation, e-mails and detailed explanations of when and what we could expect re: warranty, installation, etc. She made the experience a pleasure!

Cody was very polite to work with. I wanted to buy an adjustable base with lumbar support.
He was knowledgeable about the questions I was asking and answered many questions. He showed me different styles and knew about each one.
He made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase I had made.

Cody was very helpful when I was purchasing a new sectional for my home. He drew up configurations for a couple styles I was interested in so I could see if they would work in my space. He was easy-going, yet professional, not pressuring me during the process of choosing my final selection. The final purchase & financing paperwork was quick & easy!

Michele was great! She was very friendly, kind and a good listener, in addition, to knowing her product lines. We were looking for a recliner for a short person. She showed me two because the second one was perfect! She also helped find a headboard. In a few months after my move, I will be going back to purchase additional furniture from her. In my opinion, she gave 5-Star service!!!!

Went in looking for a couch and did I leave with the perfect one. Worked with Allison who was attentive without bring pushy and so knowledgeable. Definitely a customer for life. I had never had a good experience buying furniture before until I met Craig Smith. He is very very helpful and very very patient. He is a great listener and will try to accommodate you and find the best deal or option according to your taste and price range. Anyone that is as confused as me (even if you are not and need assistance), Craig is your best option.
