First time eating here!! The food was very good!! The service was excellent as well. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!! So, if you are looking for a small nice restaurant to get at when you go through pine river Mn this the place to stop.

Decent seating. Had a party of 7 and they were able to accommodate. I love that they have all day breakfast. Serving staff were super on it. Very friendly. Pepsi products for drinks. Coffee wasn't great, wasn't bad. Checked in just the right amount with us.

Love this cafe in Pine River. They have a breakfast of eggs scrambled with veggies and cheese. Perfect for low carb. Cozy dining room. And the best server :)

Nice little cafe in downtown Pine River, very friendly, very quaint, the Barclay bisquit for breakfast is the epitomy of awesomeness! Mmmm!

New owners, it’s now Barclays. We tried the burgers, and were very pleasantly surprised. Nicely grilled to perfection with a fluffy bun, not too small but not a gigantic oversized monster, just right.
Love it, will definitely come back for another one.

This place has the best muffins I have ever encountered!!! It would be a shame if you didn't try them. They have a nice breakfast menu and a great lunch menu. Food is fast, staff friendly, and prices reasonable.

My husband and I stop at this delightful, unique cafe on our way home from our annual fishing trip to Cass Lake for breakfast. The staff is always good, pleasant even when they are busy. My husband had the cottage omelet that came with hash browns and toast that was very good. Personally mine was crazy delicious!!!! I had a heavenly HUGE warm cinnamon roll with creamy cream cheese icing that was baked in house with a PERFECT cup of steaming hot fresh coffee. A must place to stop!!!😉

They were short staffed so giving them the benefit of the doubt with being a small, packed establishment and taking a little longer than usual. Food makes up for it all. We jus had mushroom n swiss burgers and fries, im usually not a fan of canned mushrooms but even tho. Was still one of the best burgers ive eaten. Their seasoned fries were also reallly good, and yes this matters to some, but they had the gooood ranch. Am definitely going there every time im in the area.

Cute, quaint little spot for a delicious breakfast or lunch with friendly folks and descent prices in the heart of Pine River. What else can you ask for!?
Ordered the veggie omelet with peppers onion, tomato, and mushrooms with marble rye bread and my friend ordered the breakfast burrito.

Delicious hot sandwiches (I got turkey, hubs got beef). Our server advised us to get halves, as we are on our way to the County Fair and “a while one and you’ll need a nap”! She was right! All-day breakfasts and local artist’s work for sale as well.

We stopped by for lunch after my grandsons 🏀 tournament. We sampled a variety of dishes from the shrimp basket to the fish sandwich > bacon cheeseburger > hot beef sandwich > mini-corndogs, u get the picture. We all agreed, nummy! We will definitely go back. We all missed the daily special, of which the soup was homemade chicken and dumplings. Hopefully next time. 😁

Great local brunch spot with good food and attentive staff! Visit to get a great feel for the Pine-River-MN year-round residents.

Great little cafe! Stopped in for breakfast as we were passing through for a weekend vacation. Good prices, GREAT food and fun service.

I would highly recommend stopping in if you're in the area or passing through.
