Visited the Riverdale location yesterday. It was a Saturday and very busy. I was very impressed with the staff. I had to wait a bit and watched as they went through customer after customer helping them and getting them out the door. They checked in with me several times. All were very kind, organized, professional and most of all they fixed my phone! So thank you for all you do. I appreciated it.

Today I visited the Riverdale T-Mobile and everyone was so nice and helpful. I traded in my IPhone 11 promax for the new 15 promax and it was by far the easiest experience I have ever had switching phones and setting up. It took about an hour for all my info to transfer but instead if waiting in the store they said we could do some shopping and they would call us to come back, I thought that was great to not sit there for so long waiting for my info to transfer. He also noticed on my Mothers account her area now qualified to try T-mobile internet and gave us all the info on that. The price for the internet was only 50! About half the price of their current provider. The best part was they didn't even charge us for the modem! Existing T-mobile members get the modem at no cost and the monthly payments are locked in. The man that helped me was so personable and was not pushy, I wish I remembered his name so he can get the proper thank you and appreciation he deserves from the big boss. Thank you for making my day easy!

My husband, sister in law, a friend, and I were here on Saturday (10/21) and worked with John Buschland for a few hours getting our plan switched from AT&T. Wow, I have never had such great service with fun people at a phone store! We were a pretty big group with a lot of questions and all different types of phones and the whole staff there all pitched in and helped make our experience great. I really want to give a shout out to John though as he was the nicest guy who vibed with our group so well, we felt like we had known him for years! Such a great customer service experience. Thanks guys!

Good experience! So different from Comcast/Xfinity. I actually felt they cared.

Very helpful, honest and polite sales staff. From now on, I will only do business in person vs. Calling the tmobile hot line. The person who was helping me over the phone was trying to scam me into a supposedly free smart watch. I told her twice I didn't want it, but when it got time to pay she added it anyway. So I hung up and told her I was going directly to the store.

Wife and I had a wonderful experience, great service and pricing. Switched from another carrier after decades as they dropped the ball and treated us poorly. Hats off to Naimy and her work team and manager

I used AT&T forever until they decided to screw me over so I went to T-Mobile instead. What I didn't realize was the great service I'd be getting with that switch. And did I mention the price difference yet? Wow! Try half the cost for 2 phones and lines from what I paid AT&T. That's crazy right!?! T-Mobile has just as great quality service, all the same phones, the customer service is fantastic, and they do everything for half the cost as some of the other providers. If more people were aware of this, they'd probably switch too.

The store was very busy but I was still helped within 15 minutes or so. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had to have my phone factory reset, my own fault, don't ever forget your passwords lol. Yet I felt like I spent less than 30 minutes total in the store. Great location and employees!

They were so extremely helpful and actually saved me money

My phone had no consistent data service and would be unable to make or receive calls. I ended up having to visit this store multiple times, but not because their service was inadequate. Each time I went in, it seemed like they genuinely cared and attempted every possible fix to get my phone working. They ended up having to do a warranty replacement, but their system wasn't allowing it to process. I believe Holly was the tech to help me during that process, and she spent 30 minutes of her time staying on hold with Customer Care to figure things out. Having worked in retail for 15 years, I know perfect customer service when I see it, and everyone at this store went way beyond that. Five stars doesn't seem like a high enough rating!

I was really impressed with Daniel's customer service who helped us find the right phone with the best picture quality. While waiting for my boyfriend to pick out his phone and make his purchase I noticed the other salesman John who was very friendly, positive, and showed great people skills. His stories were fun to listen to.
Overall it was a great and easy experience.

The wait was a bit long but the rep that helped us, Mike, was awesome. He was very honest and helped us find ways to save on our new plan with T-mobile.

Brian Willhite was patient, knowledgeable, kind. Helped me in a non judgemental way. Got me the phone I needed , AND it was not the most expensive, if anything, one that was perfect for me. Thank you Brian. I appreciate your kindness , and your knowledge, and your ability to help .

Fast friendly service with knowledgeable staff!

I had the pleasure of working with Paul at this Coon Rapids,MN location. It was a multi line transaction with 2 new phones and a switch from another carrier on an older phone to a third line. He managed expectations and was professional, patient and very personable throughout the entire process. As someone who normally hates dealing with technology, this was a breath of fresh air and pleasant change from my previous experience elsewhere.

This store is super busy in a very dangerous parking lot. But the staff are amazing. Too bad they didn't keep the other store in Riverdale that was bigger and kept more off the Sprint staff to help these amazing workers.

My husband and I came in unsure that I wanted to upgrade my phone. We working with John, he was very patient with us. I expressed that I didn't want my bill to go up. He got me a new phone and I am very impressed with it. He had a great personality and actually seemed like he cared about helping us because he only focused to help us get what I wanted and didn't really care how long it took! Thank you again John!

T-Mobile internet did not work for us in our area of Andover. T-Mobile both customer service on the phone and at the store have been A+.
Both Brandon and Lenon were professional and helpful. Hopefully we'll be able to try the 5G INTERNET in our Andover again sometime. I've been a customer of T-Mobile for over 15 years. No carrier can beat their service. No one!!

I was at this location on Friday and I had THE best experience at any T-mobile store in over 10yrs of being a customer. I was greeted by the Manager who said his name was Q. He was so kind and knowledgeable that it blew me away. I can also tell this individual has been a top salesperson and manager based off my obsetvation and his know how.

This company should be happy to have an employee like him. I used to be a regional manager for Comcast and had I still been I would have poached him from you T-Mobile because you cant find confidence and talent like this anymore.

Also to those commenting and reviewing this business about masks... Just put it on, mine was below my nose when i walked in and was told politely if I could raise it up. Again thank you Q and I will be referring anyone and everyone to this location ONLY!

I had 3 issues to address. Brian was great. Worked through them one at a time, explaining how to do it so I could stay on top of it & not have to come in. Great customer service.
