His friendly smile and attitude along with attention to detail was great! He assisted my son with purchasing some football receiver gloves - they were having fun comparing colors, styles and even hand size- which was awesome because they both had the same size---Shawn made the visit a total 5 star.

Had a golf fitting with Josh. Great experience and very professional. Explained things and options in an easy to understand manner. Highly recommend him to any golfer wanting to get fitted for new clubs or to see if what you have is what you need. Thanks Josh!

I came in for rollerblades and the staff was super helpful and friendly. There was a good selection of rollerblades and I was able to find a great pair on sale. I think this store has a great selection of merchandise and it’s is always very organized.

The staff at this facility was above and beyond. My son needed a knee brace. I called in advance to make sure it was worth the trip out. They checked the shelves and also recommended the best one. As soon as I walked into the store, they took me right back and I was greeted with the a staff member to walk me through the braces. Outstanding service!!!

Everything went smoothly. Second time purchasing in the past month. We did the online purchase then pick up and it went great. We drive from a hour away to shop at the Saginaw location. Ps. We did decide to also go into the store to purchase womens golf apparel. The only downside was we couldn't try on the clothing but we purchased them anyway.

Just became a lifetime customer of this store! The department that has the kayaks was amazing. Mike up there was so helpful. He was so knowledgable on his department. I had an issue with a product and the store went above and beyond to meet my needs! You dont see customer service like hardly anywhere anymore.

Some starving Russian lady told me I had to do this so she can eat. I believe she is living in the back of the restaurant. I am just trying to do my part in helping the unfortunate.

Was only there for a few minutes, but the gentlemen at the front was very friendly and quickly helped me find the clothing I was looking for. Definitely would recommend. The cashier was also very nice

Had to swap out cleats that were bought too small. Salesman was extremely helpful. Cashier made the process easy.

Always a great experience. Has hitting bay to test clubs out. I wish they carried Mizuno though.
