Great furniture with great prices for a small family owned local company like this. Bryan, the owner, has always been very nice and helpful and he's come up with a few designs for several pieces for our home! We have a house full of Timber Creek's furniture, a lot of it has been built custom with our specific measurements. Our last addition is a Rough Sawn Pine Dining table with chairs - super sturdy and beautiful and we love it!!

I can 't say enough good things about Timber Creek and Brian! We have purchased many custom made items over the past couple of years and haven't been disappointed! Brian is spot on with delivery and pricing! Have referred many customers his way and will continue to do so!

Came in to order a custom tv stand and walked out with a new washer! Lol :) I’ve been coming to this place for year (our cabin is filled with their furniture) and now they have appliances, which is awesome as we are remodeling our kitchen this spring and will need a new fridge!

Great craftsmanship, he owner is very creative and personable. Would recommend to anyone looking for log or rustic style furniture.

Great small town restaurant.

I purchased a rustic sofa table on Jan 6th 2015 via the requested payment method of Paypal online. I contacted the company no less than 4 times via phone and 3 times via email to inquire as to the status. No one returned my calls or emails. I filed a complaint with the BBB in MN and with Paypal. It will take 15 business days for my money to be returned. Timber Creek displays unscrupulous business practices. Buyer beware!

Very shady business practices. They initially told me that my bed I ordered in march would arrive in 4-8 weeks. I sent them payment on paypal of almost $800 and they then told me it would be closer to the 8 weeks, which was fine. Well it turns out all they wanted was to ensure I could not open a claim with paypal because it was beyond the 45 day claim period. They would not communicate with me until i filed a claim with the BBB, in which they lied to the BBB and claimed they had contacted me and shipped the item. I have not had any contact with them despite repeated emails and phone calls, they are ignoring me. I have still not gotten refunded my money and have not received the item i ordered. They are 100% a scam in my personal experience and i highly recommend purchasing from a different company. You know one that actually delivers a product instead of blatantly scamming and ignoring their customers who have already paid.

We have ordered two towel bars and TP holder, have been told it will ship onc the week of Feb. 27 2017, next time I get a text a week later on March 8, 2017 stating that his "guy" cannot find our order. After several texts back and forth once again I have been assured that our order will ship out. Through out the texts the individual was very rude and abrupt. Terrible customer service and I starting to wonder if this is not a scam. They had no problem cashing our check when we sent it to them. Although the check was not for an exuberant amount of money its the principle of the whole thing. I would not recommend EVER doing business with this company. I know for a fact I wont.

Received 2 end tables after calling many, many times to find out when delivery would be. Weeks went by being told they would be shipped and never happened till now. To our dismay they finally arrived and the bottoms of the legs are full of mud
