Not at all nice or helpful on the phone. Felt like I was bothering her or wasting her time. She wasn't friendly at all until I told her I had been there before for a certain employer. She didn't act at all like our business mattered so, we'll go elsewhere. We try to support our local businesses but, we won't spend money where people don't appreciate their customers.
