I have never once had an issue with shipping through UPS. The representatives are always very pleasant and helpful as well.

Had my old pc packaged and shipped to Texas after I got a new one. My friend who received it said everything was perfect. Thanks for the free bubble wrap 🤣😂 there was so much!

Printer went down while studying for my test and used the printing services. staff here are always helpful and quick on the printing.
Even offered to stable it with their professional grade one!

The only thing is.. behind the counter area and the store is very cluttered.
Otherwise I’ll continue to come here! 🫶🏼

Andy the manger was such a gem! Great customer service even when we arrived a little before closing time. Took the time to explain everything and was super kind. Overall great experience.

Today is New Year’s Day and UPS is closed. Good for them! Retail work is difficult and it’s nice when there’s a day when you know you won’t be called into work.

These stores (like UPS or FEDEX) make most of their money by offering SERVICES like packaging. It’s like buying food at the movies. If no one buys popcorn at the movies, then you get sticky floors and REALLY dirty bathrooms (as the largest expense in retail is employees).

I use this store A LOT to return stuff to Amazon so I usually walk in and just drop the package - even if they’re busy. If I decide not to print a return label, the staff at the Riverdale location has always been friendly and fast!!! (I’ve been to other locations where the line is ALWAYS OUT THE DOOR).

Retail is a tough gig. The employees are usually paid pitifully to serve and tolerate a public that has never worked an hour of retail in their lives and demands expert service in less than 3 minutes. To the general public reading this - when you go into a store, try being friendly and patient. Teach your own children how to behave while at work. I’ve always had a saying - everyone deals with loads of stress everyday. You can either laugh or cry. Either way helps release that stress but laughing usually makes your surroundings better while crying leads to anger and makes you a ‘not so pleasant’ person to be around. And if you do encounter unfriendly employees - call the store and talk to the manager. You’ll get your issue resolved much faster than just posting in online. Most retail employees are great but there are some that refuse to smile or even say hello or thank you. Trust me, they won’t be there long.

Thank you UPS for having retail stores open and available so I don’t have to drive all the way over to a main depot to drop off my package (especially if I have no clue what I’m doing) or have to call UPS, wait on hold for 20 minutes to set up a pick up (like we had to do prior to 2000). No one seems to mind when those big brown trucks show up one day after they order something. God bless everyone!!

I don’t know what’s going on with the other reviewers who seem to have a vendetta against Lisa. She is so awesome, greets me by name every time I come in has my labels ready to go and is extremely accommodating.. Excellent customer service! I have had excellent experiences every time I’ve come here from all the employees. Heading over there now to pick up more labels.

I always had a great experience with the people here. I also rented a mailbox from these guys for a few years and that was a tremendous value. Lisa and Andy keep this location in tiptop shape and are very efficient at handling the rush of people every day.

Great staff, super helpful and very professional. Today an elderly gentleman refused to wear a mask as everyone else was doing to prevent the spread of COVID and was asked to leave. The manager did a great job keeping calm under pressure before the police came. Also did a great job consoling the woman that was in tears. Shipping my package also only took a couple minutes.

Been to this location many times and never had a bad experience. I’ve returned , shipped, notarized, printed and packed. Everyone is straight-forward, business oriented with no BS.

Andy helped me with my Amazon returns and was so kind. If I could give him more than 5 stars I would. He was patient, polite, and made my experience go smoothly. Thanks for your help, Andy!

This location is great.
I am an artist, and I ship my artwork to various galleries around the country.
The staff here go the extra mile to make sure my packages always arrive on time.
Cannot say enough about the high quality and professional service they provide each time I need to send my art across the country.
Andy in particular has always been a big help.

No clue why so many negative reviews... I'm always in and out of here. Staff is super knowledgeable and always meets my needs. Will you be charged for them to tape up your box? Yes. But if they taped up 350 boxes that get dropped off a day I'd be waiting 10 minutes to process my return. Grow up. Tape your stuff people. It's a small business, not owned by UPS.

Was there the other day and had an awesome experience. The manager of the store went above and beyond to assist me in my returns to Amazon (who were giving me the run around.) He spoke to Amazon rep on the phone to explain what I needed to ship and even convinced them to give me money for packaging that I shouldn't have paid for. Will definitely be back! I’ve gone to this ups a few times. I only have had positive experiences. They have notarized something for me. And whenever I go and it’s busy, the line moves and I don’t have to wait too long. 👍🏼

I always bring complicated issues to this store and each time, Lisa and Andy have been awesome! They are pleasant, professional and very patient regardless of what my situation is. They always seem to know what I need before I even ask. If I could give more stars, I would!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Lisa and Andy. They went completely above and beyond in regards to a situation with a freight shipment. I ship several packages each week and I go out of my way to go to this store because they take great care of my packages. I would highly recommend using this store.

This location has always taken care of our shipping needs with polite and professional staff. Their hours are very accommodating. The only downside is the traffic in and out of the area.
