The staff was polite and extremely caring with my cat. The vet took a lot of time to make sure I understood what was happening and gave me ample time to ask questions. He had a great sense of humor, which put me at ease. Highly recommend!

Elsa and I were greeted by quickly and kindly. We were in a room before we even had a chance to sit down. Dr Quast did a thorough exam and explained everything very thoroughly and professionally. She was awesome!

I love Petco it's where my pets go, lol. I have 3 cats, 1 dog and a turtle so Petco is definitely somewhere we shop frequently. I love that I can bring my dog and get him cute sweaters and stuff to keep him warm and found the best harness for him on clearance. So awesome!

Great experience at this site. The cashier was helpful and very kind. The store was clean and the grooming department was doing a fantastic job with the dogs they were taking care of :)) the pups were so scared and even shaking but the groomers were very patient and professional!! Dogs looked adorable afterwards... Large selection of dog. Foods and snacks and anything you would need for any dog or cat ... Prices are all about the same but they have anything you may need for your pet or even to just spoil them !!

I have been shopping at the Chaska Petco for the last 5 years. Purchase a Bearded Dragon lizard and a series of fish for the kids. Staff is friendly and helpful. Those purchases were due to my kids suckering me into it with the phrase "we'll take care of 'it'..." montra. But that was on me. The store is great. Mostly, the reason I go in is for food, chews, and toys for my dog.

They have a good selection, and have something for just about any kind of pet.... From fish to lizards, ferrets to parrots, and of course little kitty cats, and my not so little dog. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly

They are quick to get us in and out for our nail trimmings. Very kind staff.

Brielle is WONDERFUL! She is so friendly and welcoming. She takes such good care of my elderly dog and takes time to make her feel comfortable. The quality of haircut is great too!

Felix does a great job grooming our pups Layla and Luna. We trust her and she takes wonderful care of them. I would highly recommend her!

Best experience ever from a pet store. Our puppy was out on her first excursion into the big world. She wet the floor and an associate immediately told us it wasn't a problem. He cleaned it up. We were looking for a car carrier and another associate help us choose based on cost and reliability. She also gave us a new puppy kit with training recommendations. These folks are nice and know their business.

I WAS SHOPPING for a door dash, and one staff member helped me find all 3 items. She was so friendly. Thank you

The store was clean and the employees were friendly. In the clinic Doctor Morton and Giana were patient with our nervous puppy, spoiling him with treats and pets. In little time, our dog was comfortable and happy.

the manager helped us get set up with a snake and went above and beyond with the customer service, she even went out of her way to show us the other reptiles they had out on the floor. i am amazed at the patience and kindness she showed us

It was a great process in getting a haircut for our dog. First time is always a mystery but Felix made it a very comforting experience. Brooks was happy and looking real sharp. Happy for the next haircut.

We love Brielle as our dog's groomer. She is always so friendly and does a wonderful job grooming our dog. I can tell she loves her job!

The staff is very nice for allowing me to come visit the animals and play animal reiki videos for them. Not to mention, they tolerate me whistling to the birds along with whatever music they are playing....anyone who can do that for sure must be kind and patient to dealing with my tone deaf whistling (basically, that means that both the staff and the birds must be quite nice). : )
