William J. Maze

I am an attorney and I sought a referral from my colleagues for help with a FOIA issue I was having with a governmental entity. I am so glad I was referred to Mr. Maze. I recently worked for a large retail company and had stores scattered across metro Detroit. At two of the stores the city ordinance officer decided to issue me a ticket for a delivery truck causing excessive noise in the parking lot. Which I have no control over. I tried to take care of the ticket, with my company leading the way. The city never had a record of it when I called. 3 months of calling and no record of it.
Fast forward to a almost a year later and I have left the company only to fail a background check at another place. It has to be that ticket, right?
I log into the city's court site to find that a warrant has been issued for my arrest. There are also two more additional tickets for lawn maintenance and too much freight. Again, I have no control over this. I'm an employee and not the person in control or owner. These tickets were never given to me. Just issued to me.
So now my family and I are freaked out, I've lost a potential job and I have three warrants for for my arrest.

I was unjustly accused of child abuse for leaving my child within eyeshot but not watching them every second.
